  Call ahead and ask if they are accepting donations. I arrived with donations during a time listed as accepting donations, and they refused the items saying they are full.

  I love this Goodwill! The store is clean and the prices are fair enough. Many items branded and vintage clothing have been found here and brought back to life. 😍

  We have been to the FellsPpint Goodwill shop several times and our experience was always positive. However, this afternoon, we came in to drop off some donations and the staff at the counter just said “Donations received until 4:00pm”. I explained we were leaving the country tomorrow and she answered in a monotone “Donations received until 4:00pm”. At my side there were bags and bags of donations on the floor, probably delivered to them today, so asked “Will you not receive my donation?” And she answered “Donations received only until 4:00pm”. We were at the shop at 5:30pm and the shop is opened until 7:00pm. So, we left the shop with our donations, thinking about the lack of goodwill displayed by the staff member at the counter and thinking about the businesses Goodwill is losing.

  I’m going through a vintage coat phase & have been collecting for about a year. I came here just to see what they had & left with two fur coats, one cornflower long faux & another that was real. It’s what I’d call a hidden gem.

  2JAN.2023 As soon as I walked in here I was greeted and treated very well. Good selection and a lot to look at.No place is perfect, so 4 stars on this review. It is a bit cool in here. It would be nice to have it a bit warm in here. The over all shopping experience was good.

  I had a great experience at this store, clean and well organized and found some good things. My 1 star review does not reflect employees.Goodwill corporate, please turn on the heat or get it fixed. When I was there, employees were wearing outerwear as their clothes because the store was so cold. I asked who I could talk to about the heat and they pointed me to the corporate number. Unacceptable working conditions. I will change my review when I learn that the heat is fixed and working.

  Don't take donations on Monday or Tuesday- they will literally ask you to take your donations out if the bin.

  You really have to get lucky to get good quality items, but that is the nature of this store. The store is kind of chaotic, but serves its purpose.

  It’s got good prices compared to some of the other Goodwills I’ve been to. It’s clean an organized.
