I liked this location a lot better than the Reisterstown store. It is much smaller, but seemed to have more of a selection and much better prices. The parking lot is horrible and is tight. The staff were so nice and attentive to customers. Without even being asked, the gentleman who rang me up gave me their rewards card, so I could get discounts when I shop at this franchises stores again. I thought that was fantastic and excellent customer service. I wish I knew his name so he could be recognized.

The staff at the store were friendly and welcoming, which initially created a positive atmosphere for my visit. However, my experience took a downturn when I observed one of the managers, Mark, displaying unprofessional behavior. A young lady approached him politely to seek assistance with a return. Rather than addressing her concerns, Mark curtly stated that he couldn't do everything and then walked away without offering any further assistance. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of courtesy and support, especially from someone in a leadership role who should exemplify professionalism for both staff and customers. This incident left me feeling disappointed and questioning the quality of service that the store intends to provide.

The people at the donation side need help it's always one person there that overwhelmed with a attitude if I'm donating I shouldn't have to separate the items that's your job. Also the need a parking space by donations door

Lady who works there is rude.
I just went to ask her a question about donating because it was first time, she got all rude saying if i didnt know how to walk out the door and see the “Donate” sign

Very friendly staff, both at the register and the donation area. Employees do a decent job making sure they don't accept junk. It blows my mind that some people think the Goodwill should just be a trash dump...
The downsides to this store are the parking lot is tiny and treacherous and lately their inventory of certain items is always low or picked over . It's a small store though.

Rude donation staff that started digging through my donations, dropping things, and making me take stuff they didn't like back. Don't donate here unless you want to haggle the items you're giving 1 by 1.

The store had a great selection but the customer service was poor. One of the managers was rude to a customer who had a question about his discount. The manager also spoke negatively about the customer to another person in line. When someone tried to diffuse the situation, the manager became upset and accused them of being jealous.WHAT!!! It was an unpleasant experience.

I’ve been to this same location in the past and had a decent experience. I’m not sure what happened but the store was a desert. The markups were interesting. Given that all things are donated and there is no inventory cost I don’t really understand the markups at goodwill overall. The programs they claim to have are really non existent and don’t do provide excellent real world application or skills. Do your research. There was literally nothing in the store. The service was friendly so no complaints there. I’ve been to three locations this week and they were all trash. Good luck
