The guys in the donation center were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and professionalism is an example of who we all should be. Great job Bo and Josh! Thank you!

Dropped off some items today. The driveway to the donation door on the side of the building and additional parking is easy to miss when driving on Joppa road. When dropping off items, make sure to park in a parking space. I have been yelled at in the past for parking near the drop off door. Today I walked my items into the door near the semi trailer. I was helped right away by a courteous staff member. Overall it was not difficult to drop items off.

Small place, nice employees. Kinda pricy.

Prices for art and frames were >ridiculously< high. Small space, sparsely stocked. Not even worth a stop after hitting the giganto Savers up the block. A monument to why thrifting sucks now.

I came here from AZ Nov 2022. I trusted I would be able to rediscover and refurbish my wardrobe when I got here. Not only has that happened, but I took pickleball lessons shortly after my arrival; my daughter and I were able to completely outfit me for my games from head to toe - many types of outfits including sweats, dri fits, jackets, skorts - on a budget; you name it and I'm ready to play. I also had to get almost EVERYthing for a cruise to the DR shortly after I got here...Goodwill had my back. I didn't get any formal wear. I should and could have and have rectified that since. At Goodwill. I can easily find quality items - good stuff - and I get so giddy when I discover it there. Now, I rarely go anywhere else, unless I really need something new. It's a must do at least once a week. Funny note: 2 weeks ago I realized there wasn't anything else I needed to shop for (clothing-wise). I literally have everything. I remember running through my categories in my head. Goodwill has checked them all. When I wanted to rebuild my music collection, I spent hours going through albums for clasical music. Then I decided I needed a little cd player and the cds are great. I better not bring home anymore books. I have a shelf of unreads I brought with me in my "spare move" and I don't read them. I think I will replace as I read; when I do, I'll be at the Goodwill checking through their massive selections.I've been to a lot of them between MD and PA and I must say (and I tell errbody), that I love the Joppa Rd store.. York Rd is a keeper as well. When I venture further, I've been traveling with my daughters and we set out to discover the treats and to thrift with purpose. We've gotten some of everything. I think the most amusing discovery was the original whirly popcorn thingy. We eat a lot of it and needed a second one. Off we go, shopping with a purpose and what do you know? There was one NIB on the shelf at eye level. Yeah.. I love it! Btw, I have the account associated with the Chesapeake stores that rebates when you purchase. The thrill of the hunt gets even better when $ is taken off at the register if you want. Everybody is a winner. All in all it makes me feel very good about my spending when I shop Goodwill.

Fantastic Goodwill. Staff was a pleasure. The wide variety of clothes are all organized thoughtfully. Prices were great too! You really can’t go wrong visiting this Goodwill.

Lots of cool things here. I got a ton of picture frames for super cheap, it’s pretty awesome. Pricing is random at times- some things are expensive and some a really cheap. Overall this goodwill is cheaper than the closest one near me with cooler stuff. The workers are very nice!!!

Helpful & friendly staff, great variety and prices! Clothes, shoes, books, kitchen appliances and pots&pans. Dishes, seasonal supplies, school supplies. Furniture and some tools! You name it they have it., but you have to be willing to wait for things it's all according to what gets donated. It's worth coming to every few days or weeks!!!

Been to this location a few times. Some items priced too high. Seems like there are a lot of clothes. It's fine...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I Stopped at this Goodwill Store today to give a donation of a box of books. It’s my first time here. I did not know that donations were only certain days. The signage is not visible as you drive into the lot. As I pulled up there was a young guy retrieving his items from the back of his car. He walked up to the opened donation door and his items were taken. As I proceeded to the donation door a young girl and older guy came out and said no donations today. I said but you just excepted a donation. They said, “we did not”. I asked the guy as he was coming back to his car and he said, “I’m not getting involved”. So what does that tell you?? That’s bad business!I took my donation down the road to Savers.
