I’ve been here a good amount but not gonna lie, their prices are much more than other dispensaries such as Releaf just a few miles away. I went in today and they didn’t even charge me properly, didn’t take off items I told them to take off, and then didn’t give me a receipt. When I called to speak to a manager, she made it seem as if it was my problem or that they did me favors when the leafly receipt did not match what I got (even though it said my name) but she claimed that is not the right receipt. All in all, very confusing, very frustrating and frankly I don’t think anyone did me favors by giving my items I didn’t want and charging me the wrong price. If the price is not what is on the leafly receipt, why are you giving that to customers? Any other dispensary would’ve taken full accountability and actually made things right. Unprofessional experience and this made me not wanna go back anymore considering my receipt shows I was overcharged over $22 yet the manager claims I wasn’t. I went a good amount and gave them a pretty large amount of my money overall, but I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for the convenience factor of it being a few blocks away. They overcharge the hell out of their items and you can get the same product for way cheaper elsewhere.
In addition, I have been going there about 6 months. A lot of times, I was looking for deals. Just a month ago, I found out they have sale flower of $20-25 typically. But yet every time I went in, they would up sale me and offer me $35-40 eighths. I don’t like the lack of transparency. They also do not list all their products on their menus which I think is very weird. It just gives shady vibes and I’ve had much better experience elsewhere. They shouldn’t be acting snooty just because it’s in fells. Will not go back at this point. They’re not personable like other budtenders. If you want to be overcharged, not given transparency as a consumer, and not provided proper prices with receipts, go to Greenlabs.

they have a terrible pick up process. If someone is picking up an online order, why have them wait in a line with walk-ins? Either create a better process or specify this before people place online orders.

The prices are reasonable and the employees are nice. Stars would’ve been higher but I was unable to use my birthday discount because I purchased products on sale; however, nowhere on the email for the birthday discount does it say I can’t stack. Also, if you can’t use something on top of your deals the store should indicate that, just like you can’t use your dollar off coupon you guys give out with any other discount but that isn’t indicated either. When making a mistake the store should be held responsible not the client. Nice employees however and this does not reflect on them but it does reflect on the stores policies and procedures.
