Second time coming by and it was even better.Firstly - the prices and portions are a total steal. This place is definitely a hole in the wall, no frills kind of dining. We tried their lamb sandwich (shared between two) which was juicy and flavorful. also shared a chicken stew dish with potatoes and vegetables. This was fantastic but my favorite was definitely the sandwich! You get a lentil soup and salad with every order - soup is mildly seasoned and light, perfect start to the meal.I will be going back for the lamb sandwich. Also, saw someone order the fries which I'm definitely getting the next time. Whole meal with a drink cost less than $30.

Great lamb! Meat was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. It fell off the bone and melt in my mouth. Soup was warm. The restaurant is small but clean. Want to cone back to try other dishes

I ordered take out and never received confirmation of my order via the delivery app so I went there when it said it would be ready and they hadn't started my order. That's fine, it was still ready within the time range that was quoted. I got the Chicken Kabsah and the lamb kebab as well as baklava. The Kabsah was good. The meat was very tender and moist, but I wish it were slightly more flavorful, either spicy or garlicky or something. The lamb kebab was like eating leather. It was dried out and hard, and just tasted like charred meat. The baklava was prepackaged and it was fine. The meals both came with soup and salad. The salad was very sad but the soup was decent, a bit salty. The pita bread for the kebab was a highlight of the meal. Very soft, a little chewy. I also used the bathroom while waiting for my food and the cleanliness made me question my decision to eat there. Someone recommended this place to me and I was so excited to try it, but it left me disappointed.

Tried the Chicken Haneeth. The chicken was so warm the meat came off the bone. I have no words to describe how good this place is. I will drive from DC just to eat here again someday soon.

Excellent food, friendly service. - In the interest of full disclosure, this is my first foray into Yemeni cuisine. I Visited today, for a work lunch. I had the Hummus and the Chicken Curry. The food is absolutely delicious! Located at the corner of Broadway and Bank. Lunchtime service was quick and the food was fantastic (hot & well-seasoned).

I had heard great things and was excited to try but think this would have been better if I had it earlier in the night. We were starving and didn't really know what to get so we chose the grilled chicken since they were out of kabobs. Sadly it was too charred making it so dry and was expecting something more tender and flavorful. It lacked seasoning and was just burnt. Huge portions which is cool but the amount of rice is for like 4 people so ratio is a bit off but I'm sure people love that. Prices are good for the value even if higher than a few years ago (what isn't though). Ordered the Arabian salad but definitely was given a different one-- I think fattoush because there was oil soaked fried pita on it and no parsley. Was really boring and the lettuce was iceberg or something. Side salad was the same-- meh. Dressing was pretty good though. The best of the order was the lamb Fahsa. Tender and flavorful. Great traditional bread. The soup broth was interesting and flavorful. If I do give them another try I would order differently, the roasted chicken dish sounds better and maybe the time of day was a factor but shouldn't be if those are the restaurant hours.

Excellent food for a very fair price. Many restaurants in Baltimore are charging a ridiculous amount of money for small portions of mediocre food. However, these brothers offer huge portions for a fair price. Plus they are open until midnight and close by Hopkins!

Ordered chicken mandi and lamb soup. Food was delivered hot and well packed. Lamb soup was just soup with no lamb pieces. Expected it for the price, so not too disappointed. Would be perfect for a bad cold day. Chicken mandi had well cooked chicken and rice. Overall, authentic and high quality food. Cannot wait to try the rest of the menu.

Lamb Haneeth......enough said Make sure you get the fresh baked bread out of the oven. This guy buys a couple of lamb every morning and slow braises them about six or seven hours. The result is melt in your mouth lamb heaven. it's a hole in the wall but it's clean and the tea is free hot and delicious. If you close your eyes you might think you were in Armenia, Azerbaijan or a small Greek island. It really is that good

Open late, very quick, very delicious. I've had the lamb over rice, and most recently (pictured) the Lamb Haneeth. Cost $20, but very generous portions and high quality make it worth it. One of the best late night options, but also fantastic in general as well. I highly recommend trying this place.

Happy to support this immigrant family owned and operated business. The staff are very nice and the food authentically phenomenal. Their complimentary shai tea is really delicious too. The entrees come with salad, lentil soup and large fluffy Malawah bread. There's lots of upstairs seating as well!

SIMPLIFIED REVIEW READ THIS: 5/5 Food is delicious and authentic. I recommend the lamb fahsa and baba ganoush if you are new to Yemen cuisine. 5/5 Pricing (this is a BIG reason I return to this restaurant). They offer HUGE bread at a really good price. I return for this 5/5 Kindness from the workers and owner. They are also open late night (til ~3am) I do recommend eating at home as it's not ideal for sit in dining. Overall if you're in Baltimore, this is a must try restaurant. A hole in the wall, but certainly a favorite of mine. I love Yemenese take out at home!
