Happy with work performed on vehicle. Done quickly and staff (Jarad and front desk) was great to deal with. Hopefully I won’t ever need to, but if I do need this type of service again, I will certainly be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Was not very happy with how the receptionist treated me. She was very rude when I had my days mixed up. Asking me who I talked to. When I explained it was a woman but I don't remember her name she goes "well I'm the only woman here and I didn't tell you to come in today". Her facial expressions where also a dead giveaway of her attitude. Even gave me an attitude about the insurance that's covering my car. I understand if that insurance doesn't work with the shop but there's a nicer way to explain these things instead of trying to belittle a customer. I will never recommend this shop or be coming back. Had another older car I was considering getting done here but not anymore. The atmosphere is NOT friendly. She really needs to work on her customer service skills and presence. I left more mad about how I was treated than the actual situation at hand.

My was ready on the scheduled date and the repair was perfect. The adjuster and office staff were all wonderful and helpful. I will always get any future car repair work done here.

Two years back they fixed my car’s trunk and replaced with original black bumper.
It was all covered from my insurance. I told them not to replace with low quality materials and even I will pay if the cost not gets covered from insurance.
But trunk is getting stuck while closing automatic and see the black original Toyota RAV4 bumper they have replaced in the picture below.

1 of the few "privately owned" body shops still around. They do excellent work, and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They come HIGHLY recommended. A true "top notch" shop!

Hazelwood Body and Fender was extremely kind and helpful from the time my insurance assigned them. It was a seamless process. I dropped my vehicle off and had a full estimate sent to my insurance and a direct phone call update the very next morning! They provided updates through out the process and had the car completed on time.
