Obviously not so satisfied with their service for a long time but this is the closest Honda I have so I was going here but today it reached the peak after an altercation with a Mr. Francis over there. The conversation was simple, I was there for my diagonis of my car for a few things, and they changed my fuel pump and the mechanic had told me over the phone that it has taken care of 90% of my car’s problem.
Moreover, I had been asking them if they have fuel pump in stock because my car has been having the issue for a while, one of the tall white old guy said that if your car is up and running, there is no need to change it. But I think that the fuel pump was the start of my problems with the car.
I simply asked if it is possible to remove the diagonis fee since the major issue of the vechile was because of the recall, he was explaining about how my catalyc convertor was the issue, I told him I had recently changed it and that was not the case. I did not want to hear another word and asked him to charge me on the card. He could have simply gave me the key and the matter would have been over, but he asked me to walk with him outside and he verbally tried to threaten me saying that he did not like how I talked to him. There are things people dont like and being in a customer based service, they should be able to take the frustruation of the customers since Heritage Honda has not been able to live upto the customers expectation and this is not just from me but few of my friends who use Heritage as their services. Simply, not coming in again, I would rather drive up 15 miles further to get my car serviced then have a bad day for myself because of how unprofessional and incompetent their staff is.

I recently bought a brand new 2025 civic sport from heritage Honda and I very please with the whole experience. This is the second new honda that I have purchased from them and both times it was an excellent experience. They really "saved the day" for me because I came to them from another dealership which I had a nightmare of an experience and they were able to rebound everything in a positive direction. My sales rep was Erin and she was AWESOME ! From the jump, she was very helpful, accommodating, and not pushy AT ALL. One thing that will push me away faster than anything is when a sales associate is being pushy or forceful. She was super patient with me and even when I had mentioned getting another vehicle at another dealership, she just said, "I understand, you have to do what makes you happy and what's in your best interest". That right there told me that her goal was just to see me satisfied with whatever decision I made and I can respect that 100%.
My credit is not the best and still they were able to get me financed on a brand new civic and my payment was not crazy but was right around what I expected it to be. She had me test drive a pearl white civic sport with the black wheels and accents and i loved it ! I left that day with the car and I am very happy with it. The whole experience was awesome and I would recommend if you're looking for a new Honda, go talk to Erin at Heritage, you wont be disappointed with your experience, whether you leave with a car or not.

1. There hasn't been any updates for my car plate since I bought my car there in early August. The temporary plate is going to expire. They gave me the plate one month after the plate was sent to them.
2. I gave them a text about the vehicle recall but I haven’t received any email or call back.
3. Even the general manager cannot follow up the email. This is the way you solve problems and provide services?
