Debbie Preisinger at Heritage Body Shop is a gem! After being rear ended this summer in my newly paid off Jeep Wrangler I took it into Heritage to be cared for. Debbie personally reached out to the insurance provider to request a factory bumper after the pre-approved “recycled” bumper was a bust. They got the work done quickly and kept me updated every step of the way - even scrambling to get paperwork done so I could get my jeep home in time to drive to a baby shower this weekend. Cannot recommend enough!

Terrible Service. They dont answer the phone. If they do all they do is transfer you to someone else who never answers the phone. The car has been there for 3 months with still no word on where it is. John the Manager never answers the phone.

Avoid this place. Go somewhere else. I had a terrible experience. Sketchy place to deal with. They didn't tell anyone my car was waiting but they still tried to charge the insurance company $75 a day for storage. They were very rude. They said "they work for me, not the insurance company." Yet they clearly work for themselves and tried to squeeze both sides for as much money as possible. Shady business. They were secretive with where my car was at and what state it was in. They tried to tell me I couldn't get personal belongings out of my own car. I had to threaten litigation before they would have a real conversation with me about my own car and the state of things.Services: General repairs & maintenance

What can I say.........when I saw my car I cried it was so PERFECT they did a great job and they even had it washed inside and out and also in record time it was in there only 5 days. the best service ever thanks to Roger......he is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY CAR. In 2022, My new car was involved in a hit and run. I took my car to heritage honda where I bought my car to have it fixed. A week later I recieved a call from herittage honda stating that they do not fix cars at this site and my car would be transported to heritage body shop. I went to sign papers to give them permission to transport my car. My car sat at heritage honda for 3 weeks. I never recieved a phone call from anyone. I literally had to call them myself asking why my car was still sitting in the parking lot. They stated no one from my car insurance company reached out for an estimate to fix my car. I called my car insurance company and they stated that they conduct the inspections virtually and that they knew that. My car was finally transported to the heritage body shop. My car sat at the body shop for 2 months. No work was done to the car in those months besides there taking my car apart. No one ever reached out to me during those 2 months to give me updates. I had to reach out to them every week asking for updates. I could never get in contact with the person that was assigned to my case. Every update I would get was they are still waiting for parts and that my parts are on back order. I received a call for my car insurance stating that the body shop wanted to repaint my car. My car was a brand new car and the damage did not involve a paint job of the things they wanted to paint. After the 3rd month of not hearing from them, I decided to finally go in person. Once I did, they stated that my car was finished. No one ever contacted me to tell me my car was finished. Once i got to the body shop they claimed that they never recieved a check from my car insurance company. I knew for a fact that was false because they stated they would not work on my car until they reiceved a check from me plus my car insraunce company informed me of the date they sent the check and it showed that the check was cashed by the body shop. Once they were able to find my check, they stated that I owed a $500 deductible which was also false because the insurance company informed me I would only owe $200. After i made them aware of this, they stated that I owed only $200. Overall, my experience was horrible but the outcome of my car was great! It looked like my car was never hit but I will never return ever again!

Okay, so this was a horrible experience. My car was towed in on 11/02/2022, they claimed my car wasn't there. For a week. After I used my MazdaConnect app to verify it was located at their shop, they acknowledged they had it and left me a odd voicemail explaining "they have my car but don't know where it is, it's somewhere on a locked lot". That delayed the estimate process. Well, it gets even better. My estimator, Deb, was a completely rude and indolate individual to deal with initially. We got past that, likely because of Roger, and things smoothed out. My car was there for 3 months, the only communication received was when I called, and that was a P.I.T.A because I work 55 hours a week. I had no car, and these people had zero interest in getting me my vehicle back in a timely manner. The MazdaConnect app records EVERY thing that they did. I can also see they ran it completely out of gas. Didn't have much to begin with, but to run it completely out and expect me to pick it up? I had to ask them to put gas in it, because if not, JERRY'S CHEVROLET was going to go up there and do it for me. My husband works there and they were all appalled at how Heritage treated me. Especially at the fact not ONCE did I get an actual ETA on completion. Every time I asked, it was "we don't know, supplement parts are on back order". Okay, great.Keep in mind, I was never rude. I was always patient, never raised my voice, and I was STILL met with attitudes. My favorite is when they all tell you "I've been in this industry for 30 years..." Yeah, well after 30 years you'd think you would have figured out how to do your job, and all you're doing is showing me that you're incapable. Why they kept saying that, I don't know. Extremely defensive just for asking questions which speaks volumes. They knew they were wrong, hence the automatic defense mechanisms.As for the body work, it's excellent. Lines are straight, paint matches, it looks great. Just a shame of what I had to go through to get it.Would not recommend going here, and I can say without a doubt, my next purchase will not be from Heritage. Ever again.And to whomever responds to this, I already spoke to Roger during this entire process. He was sent a digital copy of that odd voicemail directly from my inbox. After not having my car for 3 months, 2 weeks of which they waited to finally agree to taking the adjustment my insurance offered, I finally got it back after having to argue with the body shop to agree to release it. Not only did they ask for double payments they tried to add more onto towing costs and labor for things they did not do. The only saving grace was the general manager Roger that actually did some work to get to the bottom of everything so I only needed to pay my deductible after having to pay for my own rental car for 2 of the months. If you need body work done I adamantly do not recommend Heritage Body Shop of Baltimore on Caton Avenue. Find somewhere else to take you car.Also come to find out that I am not the only one they have done this to.

I would love to give a 5 star review but I am genuinely Frustrated with the Betty smh. She literally swept my case under the rug smh ??♀️ since June all because they forgot to fix my reverse Camera She said she will order a part and contact me that was in June it’s now Oct and my Reverse camera still have not been Fixed. It’s sad. She don’t return my calls. Like Wwhhhhhhyyy ??

Great experience at this collision shop. I had a bad experience with a previous shop and had to get my car towed to this shop unexpectedly and they were very helpful, detailed oriented, and flexible. I appreciate everyone who help get my car body damage fixed, especially Ms. Deborah who explained every step in the process to me and was very supportive during the entire process. Funny thing is I didn't even use this shop. Ever. But they accepted the money from my insurance. I'm suppose to get my car fix in TWO DAYS at another shop because catonsville wanted me to wait until October. But I can't because they took the money for a car they never even touched. I'm furious.I got hit by a deer back in July and I've been waiting two months to get this fixed and now they've messed that up even more, DONT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE

I was traveling to DC from NY. in my 2019 Toyota Avalon. Just north of Baltimore I ran over a sharp object. When I exited the tunnel, my tire pressure light came on, and the tire was going flat. I took the first exit , Caton Ave. The first business I saw was Heritage Body Shop. The receptionist took my keys and brought the car to the garage. The tire was too badly damaged, but the service person put my donut on for me. I was able to continue on my way. Heritage charged me nothing. Thank you everyone at Heritage for helping me.
