Absolutely horrible company and business practices. Gave me a car with the check engine light on, bad brakes and tires. Then I was charged 8 weeks for a car I had literally less than 24 hours. The response was to call customer relations, but CR told me to speak with the location manager. Horrible experience, I wish I listened to reviews and went to Avis to begin with. I’ll be going to The BBB because I have little faith The general manager will help me without telling me “you need to speak to customer relations, I can’t do anything”.

The two employees who helped my when I both picked up and dropped off the vehicle were very professional and friendly. The vehicle was also nice and it was clean. It was a no-hassle experience.

It took a very long time, and they were super busy with Uber drivers, so it took 1 hrs and 30 minutes to get out with the car we reserved.

This place is awful. Never spent less than an hour for even the most minor thing that should take a minute. Stay away unless time is of no value to you.

Reserve a vehicle and wait several hours before they get to you. A lot if customers had to leave for other appointments. Go when you have the whole day open to wait. Otherwise the staff I'd polite.

I've received 5 star service by a Hertz representative named Mr.Eric. He was patient with helping me select a car with my desired price range. Also, he was very informative about the different year, make, and model of the cars available. I had a pleasant experience and truly believe that you will too.

Frank ,Frank was very nice and adjustable , with my insurance not being the best to work with he made my experience much better. I definitely recommend his services and I appreciate his efforts to accommodate me.

ROACHES IN VEHICLES I currently am getting my truck serviced by Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh and I am loaning the DARK GRAY 2019 BUICK ENCORE. Tonight when getting back into my vehicle after work I luckily had my flashlight on to catch MORE THAN 10 ROACHES crawling around inside the vehicle. I am absolutely disgusted by this and do not want to drive this vehicle. Something needs to be done about this ASAP because I refuse to drive this vehicle.

We trusted them for an appointment, but they failed us badly.They couldn't confirm my credit card when I went to the store to pick up the car I reserved. They blamed me for bringing a "Chinese credit card" - which they pre-charged for reservation. When I suggested using a U.S. debit card instead, they asked for my SSN for a credit pull – which I was told that I didn’t pass, with no explanation or my current credit score on the written rejection notice. They also yelled at me with a condescending tone.We had the impression that they only serve certain groups of people.

We tried getting a rental through Enterprise, and it was a horrible experience. Our insurance agent called Hertz, and they had a car ready for us immediately. Their customer service was great. I'd definitely recommend them over enterprise any day.

Do not I repeat do not rent a vehicle from this location!!!! They are crooked. They don't know what they are doing. Different people tell you completely different things. They charge your card you put on hold whenever they feel like it for random amounts . They are not aware of what is going on. They never have any vehicles left. Do not come here!!!!!!!

This Hertz location is hurting mainly due to quantity of staff but the quality of their employees saves it. Not enough people are on staff to work the counter, clean and move the cars and troubleshoot issues with customers.Masomah was an unbelievably great employee and should be considered for any kind of bonus. She came in when this location was short staffed and immediate went to work. She attended to the phones to get people on hold before moving through those of us waiting to be helped. She was clear and knowledgeable about everything and had such a great demeanor with everyone. She was able to handle my needs while handling calls that came in. She was conscious about the long waits we were experiencing and apologized but her skill and efficiency helped address each person in line.

I place a rental reservation, got a confirmation email, also got a reminder email one day before pick up. We'll, I drove 1hr 15 mins from Gaithersburg Maryland only to be told the the vehicle was not available, bad for business
