just dropped my car off for the tint service...the customer service from the guys was nice..the tinter communicated the service I would be receiving... and pros and cons to certain tiny percentages.. which was understandable... just waiting to pick my chic up and drive

This place is a joke. Ask for a tune up, got 1 spark plug and 1 ignition coil for 500 bucks. She charged me 2 hours of labor for a 30 minute job and $85 worth of parts.

Asked for a tune up and an oil change. They charged a ridiculous amount after almost taking 2 days and did not complete the work. First of all, they didn't change the oil nor was I able to confirm the other tune up jobs they did. This is a very unprofessional workshop. I spoke with the front desk representative and she had the guts to ask if my oil change money should be refunded without any remorse or impact this could have on my car or their business. To be sincere I would tell you for a fact this workshop should be avoided, too many red flags. Just my own honest opinion. ?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service as usual. I was in and out for a tire replacement. Friendly staff and most reasonable prices in town! Even the waiting area was very pleasant with things to do for my one year old who tagged alongside.

Best mechanic experience I've had. Was having serious issues with my brakes after taking them to a Firestone (my mistake). Brought it in on a Tuesday morning - had everything fixed before 1PM. Staff was kind, quick, and did a great job on my car! Prices were extremely reasonable too for all the service I needed done. Will definitely be bringing my car back to them for any service needs in the future.

This place is NOT LGBTQ+ friendly!! The minute I walk into Holabird Tire & auto Co. I was greated but the front desk staff so I started asking questions about new tires and possibly a rim I'm not sure what happened but the terrible female front desk employee cut me off and started talking to me in a way that I could tell she didn't respect me. She immediately was very argumentative, and seemed as if she didn't want my business, I felt like she was trying to get me to leave , so I asked her " Do you guys not wanted my business"? That's when she got disrespectful and wouldn't even give me her first name so I could report the issues and all around very uncomfortable for someone trying to conduct business.I contacted management by phone and my call was returned promptly by the Owner Scott, while trying to explain my issues about the front desk employee (Caucasian Female)He started to take up for the employee without hearing me out and letting me finish. I tried to explain to Scott that the way I was TREATED by his employee was not okay.You would think I would get an apology from the business owner but no I was ridiculed, belittled, and Scott accused me of being in a bad mood because I needed a new tire Even tough there's no way he could have known how I felt, Scott wasn't even in the store. Infact he told me he was at the airport traveling today.I told Scott that our conversation wasn't going well as I expected and I would decline any further business with Holabird Tire & Auto Co. He did not care at all. He was more worried about arguing than resolving a very clear problem! Also employees gave me run around and gave me the wrong contact information to speak to management and i had to pull every business card from the front desk and contact each person to get a hold of Scott.Update: (Scott also explained that the female front desk employee doesn't actually work for them but works next door... Even though she greeted me and was behind the counter helping as if she was employed there? So I don't know what that's about, seems like a lot of dishonesty.)

I am so impressed and thankful that this shop and the people that work there are amazing!I called yesterday morning with an urgent need for a tire. The individual on the phone was so professional and helpful and found me a tire within no time. I brought my car in a couple of hours later and they changed it out very quickly. They even rotated my damaged wheel to back from the front. Amazing service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I have been around a long time and this is by far the worst experience in getting my vehicle repaired that I have ever had. One block down the street from here, there are employees at Amazon, with over 13,5000 employees; right down the street from this place. I'm going to need for each and every one of them, and whom ever else is reading this to stay completely clear of this place and those people. They will rip you off with substandard work and parts and will growl at you for coming back once you notice. And for that reason alone, I don't trust them, as if people do not know their cars / truck's normal operational nature and dynamic to know when it has been altered. I mean, I don't know what say, we drive our cars everyday single day of the week! We know when our vehicles are not right. The front desk customer service interaction completely and utterly stinks. The lady at the front desk there acts as if she wants to "string you up" if you seemingly to her, not understand what she is ever explaining to you, when you clearly do. Shes hiding behind some type of anger or aggression. It's obvious. She is a clear, clear representation of everyone there, on up to the owner/s. Clearly. I doubt it if I'm and wrong, or she would be there. And she's comfortable with her outward sourness. - (((Changing parts frenzy)) $97/hr. The major part about why this place sucks a** is, they don't troubleshoot problems but go on a changing parts out hunt to fix problems to get your vehicle repaired, all AT YOUR EXPENSE... along with ((($97 / hour labor rate))). Then, your vehicle will literally come out with new problems than what the problem was before it went in. Stay away from these people. They use cheap after market parts and are extremely expensive, cheap parts and labor. I needed simple repairs had to go back multiple times, well over $1000 in and still have problems, along new ones. They are not right. I really wish I could say more.
