Kim and her team are, hands down, the best MOST HELPFUL TEAM! Kim helped us buy our house and then she helped us a couple years later....AND WE LIVED OUT OF STATE when we sold our house. Kim and her team took on ALL the in person needs that selling a house needs because we couldn't! She is a blessing and a friend! As a first-time homebuyer in a difficult market in a difficult situation (timeline, budget, etc.), I was feeling incredibly anxious and pressured. There were several homes I convinced myself into considering out of desperation. But Angela reeled me in and kept me grounded throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and dedication to helping me find the right home made all the difference.
Instead of simply pushing me toward a quick sale, she took the time to educate me about the home-buying process and provided thoughtful advice based on my needs. She was patient with me, answered all my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She provided a lot of guidance but always made me feel in control of the situation.
Thanks to her honest approach and guidance, I ended up making a much more informed decision, and was grateful for Angela's creativity in the offer writing process.
