The paint area at this Home Depot is misleading customers.the lady is very lazy and don’t want to customize your paint and tells us they don’t customize paint ..the lady is either not experienced or lazy …
Kay is her name and they need people who want to work not mislead so you don’t get the proper help you need

Avoid this Home Depot if you want something delivered. They will deliver but drop your purchase anywhere close to your home. The sales associates aren't very helpful. If you need help look for Lawrence (in plumbing) or Mike (floor associate). The Store Manager and the Assistant Manager are very helpful, customer friendly focus, and very professional. Look to them for support should you have a problem.

Do not recommend to go. They have everything but customer service is bad, never seen a place like this. It's Mainly the women's in lumber area in cashier. And let's not forget about the manager as well. They don't treat you with respect nor like to help you out. If I could give it no stars I would.

I’m always purchasing here, but recently I think there’s been a change with staffs and manager. My experience recently haven’t been so good with the workers (women’s) on lumber section and manager. They don’t try to help, they’re always moody, and an attitude. Not sure what’s going on but from now on will be purchasing from another store if this is how there going to treat costumer. It’s been a constant behavior, not just one day.

The one star is for the new girl Miranda. She was the only employee who greeted me and my daughter. She was stocking the paper towels aisle. Thank u so much. From the front door to the back not one employee spoke. No hello welcome to Home Depot. They were at the registers eating candy. One young man at the Pro Desk eating Hot Cheetos. Nobody in the paint dept acknowledged us at all. Walked by customer service same thing a congregation of employees standing around not acknowledging the customers. It was only until I went to grab toilet paper that Miranda spoke and asked do you need help finding anything? I was so happy somebody did speak I had to get her name. She went on about how her mom raised her and I just absolutely loved that. We get to self checkout, two employees there, the sign says wait to be called next well the employees standing there so I just walked up. No greeting from a soul. I’ll never come back based off of our experience but Miranda keep up the good work. Customer service is important.
