Cust service is rude and very unprofessional she hung up on me when she didn’t feel like answering question then just transferred me to other departments when I called back.

Most of the staff was helpful until it came time to pay and forgot my wallet. They don’t take Apple pay and because I had already had my paint mixed and items located I went online and was approved for a Home Depot credit card. Nope that didn’t work either because the cashier on duty with a major attitudy asked for identification. They can keep their paint and their business because I won’t be coming back here!!!

Terrible customer service. Employees were rude and not customer friendly at all. When asked about a 5 -10% discount on a masterbuilt smoker due to the box being damaged we were told no, they don't give discounts for that. The box clearly had holes and dents in it. We were given immediate attitude when asked. When we got home to open our smoker, there was a sizeable dent at the top of the smoker. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I have been a long time home depot fan over any other home or building related store . Unfortunately quality and care is now a past time . I ordered a bathtub because they no longer keep anything in the store that isn't low grade or doesn't have any kind of deep soaking depth it seems they only want to keep the cheapest things in the store . I ordered a bathtub online and it has taken weeks now to show up . My original order was cancelled by the shipper because the tub was damaged . I reordered and was told it would be in store the next day it has now been five days and every time i check to see if its in I'm told tomorrow and it seems as if tomorrow never comes . I own a transportation and logistics company and am well equipped to pick it up myself from a distribution center . I was told i wasn't allowed to do that . So the moral of the story is i will be looking into Lowes from here on out and i suggest you do the same .

Management should train their staff on what friendly customer service is. And if someone is waiting to speak with you or ask a question- at least acknowledge them with a smile and say "I'll be with you in a moment once I'm done helping this other customer." Instead of being cold and ignoring the lady trying to get a little paint with her kid. Just saying. Learn kindness and decent people skills. You get paid to give customer service....not pick and choose who you feel like helping. Who's yo mama....we need to talk! Lol

Online inventory was very accurate, save lots of time online navigation with product location shelf and they were very accurate. I was able to get in and out and checked out within 15 to 20 minutes and on my way to my project.

I love/hate this place. It's less than 5 minutes from my house, so I keep going back. At max 1 cashier on duty-an older lady in a wheel chair with the personality of a fish-and will not budge to scan anything. If its 500 lbs, you better have barcode facing her, or you will throw your back out. She has smiled once in the 6 yrs I've been going there. I like that I can now use the portable stairs to get things from up top by myself (no one there to tell me no). Of course I only know its in stock because of the app. But that isn't always correct. a few weeks ago I was scanning overstock for an awesome deal I saw online. Of course it wasn't on the floor by the sale sign but I found it in overstock 5 or 6 isles from where you would think.. the unicorn of an employee walking around and seeing me looking for a way to get it down, actually told me it would be faster for me to go to Golden Ring before he could get someone to get it down . You cant make this up. ?♂️ He literally told me to go to another store...Every time I go back, I look for cameras because I swear I'm on Candid Camera
