SCAM SHOP. First, I’ll await the response from the unprofessional owner/manager saying my whole review will be a lie - because trust me, that’s coming. Was in Baltimore for a trip and stopped in to buy a battery with my boyfriend. Ooze 510 thread. Retails $10-$15 (the actual real ones) but they were selling for $23. Alright whatever, we need a battery and we’re on vacay, so they upcharge, no big deal. Well, 3 different charging attempts on 3 different plugs, over the course of 12 hours says, yes, big deal. This thing will NOT charge. Alright, let’s activate the warranty with the code on the package - oh, it’s INVALID. That’s lame, guess we’ll just go switch it out tomorrow at the shop for one that works. Literally, anywhere you go that’s how it works. Not here, the unwelcoming girl at the counter will just tell you that you’re stupid bc it turns on. We had to tell her (after explaining twice it won’t work bc it won’t actually charge/hold a charge) to try and use it as though you were actually using it, all it will do is blink in red because *shocker* it’s a fake and won’t hold a charge like we said a few times. She then tells us we have to return that night to talk to the manager We didn’t want a refund or to go back at night to talk to a manager, we ONLY wanted to change for a battery that actually charges and works. No, we bought a different battery at a legit shop. Not a shop that sells whippets (there’s the missing brain cells from this owner and the employees), kratom, and diet hemp/delta 8 weed. Now, like I said, he’s gonna come leave a response calling me a liar bc they could ✨never✨ sell fake products, how could we even accuse them of such?? Well, plenty of other reviews will show they also received fake NICOTINE PRODUCTS. That’s insane and sooooo unsafe. You’ll find my boyfriends review mentions the same issues. You’ll also find the response from the manager/owner saying the products are tested before we buy them…okay, please enlighten me on how you test a fully sealed product for your customers? Don’t tell me it’s factory tested because you sell fake product at an insane upcharge. Also, it wasn’t days later we returned, it was within 18 hours because we had a hotel down the street. Stop arguing with the bad reviews telling the truth and be less of a scummy scammer.

Buyer beware! This shop sells fake knock off items. I bought an Ooze 510 thread battery to use for a couple days but it didn't work and when I went online to register the product it told me it was a fake. I went back to exchange the fake product but was told I could not and that I'd have to return at night to talk with the manager. Not only that but the battery they sold me usually sells for $10. They sold it for $23. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and money, unless you want to purchase fake products, whippets, and fake weed. I never asked for a refund, I only wanted a battery to work and they wouldn't accommodate that.

I would say a 2 stars just bc they wasn’t open when there times say they are that is a HUGE inconvenience especially when people drive over to get something and they are closed. F.Y.I. Update your times on google your leaving people that want to spend money on your business hanging. Can’t make money if your not open when you say you are

3rd time showing up during posted hours and the shop is closed. Would not recommend based off not knowing when they are actually open. Will not be returning.
