This is the worse place to do your taxes with they basically turned my card off and won’t give me my money for something that doesn’t have none to do with me I’m about sue the shit out of this company then they closed on purpose trying take my money

I have tried to make an appointment online only to first have my appointment changed to not only a different date but to a totally different location. I called and left a message in regards to that, never got a call back. So I went online to make a other appointment, made an appointment for 3, just to have no one be there and told to make another appointment.
People shouldn't make it this hard for them to take your money and complete your taxes.

Jonathan was very professional and I appreciate his patience when I had to bring my babies with me and my 3yr old kept shooting foam disk at him smh also running late. But he made it happen in a timely manner. Thanks a million!

Ms. Debbie Gentry is the best..When there was a rough patch in filing my 2022 income tax, she was able to exert patience and professionalism and successfully file both state and federal tax returns. She is always on time and accommodating to my tax needs. I will definitely keep referring clients to HR Block to get tax preparation with Debbie Gentry.
