People here are very nice and genuine. When I used to live in Baltimore, this was my main liquor store. Always clean inside. They have a very huge selection of wine and other drinks. The main lady has always been very nice and greeted me. I truly appreciate business people that care about their customers

1 star for poor customer service.I was purchasing 2 items for $8.xx and asked for double bags to ensure the bag didn't tear on my walk back to the hotel. 1 extra bag was $0.10. I refused to pay and asked for refund. They obliged and refunded. 1 star for Ingleside Liquors in Catonsville, MD (Baltimore).

Very kind and generous people who run this place. Cleanest liqour store on the catonsville side of rt 40. Excellent selection and even able to order whatever you want from here.

Last Friday, I purchase this case of Cannon Crew beer from this liquor store for Labor Day weekend. While drinking the beer a friend and myself noticed a difference in the taste and realized that ALL of the beers were EXPIRED! The most recent date of being expired was July 22, 2021 and the one that was the most expired was May 20, 2021. I called ahead of time explaining the issue the guy on the phone mentioned I could bring the box back and receive a refund or exchange. I have the guy a heads up that I had already poured out most of the beers so that my guest would not drink the expired beer during my Labor Day event. When I arrived today to receive my refund or exchange I was told that because they were open I could not receive either while the worker denied that I called in advance explaining that I didn’t want to waist time coming up for nothing. This business has officially lost a customer and I will not be spending any more money here. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well as complaining to Heavy Seas.

Would give 5 Stars but when I buy my beer by the can it's an excellent price. 24 oz cans of Icehouse but if I want a case they try to ring them up singularly instead of by the case code

The first time I walked into this store was quite memorable. I, along with person after person, walked in and our response was either "whoa" or "ahh". If they were like me, they were accustomed to the store next door, which was very small and confined. Ingleside Liquors (or the new Ingleside) is very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They're helpful to the point that if anything has changed, within the store, I was automatically directed to what they'd already assessed I needed to be. Even today, if I walk in I'm recognized, and if there is something they think I might like they instantly point me in the right direction. Although it's a little weird to be known at the liquor store I've found that I like the customer service. During the pandemic, I'll admit, I've spent more time and money in the store than usual. The fact that they don't deliver (yet) doesn't take away from my review.
