The manager, Gary Webb, went out of his way to help me. We actually took this wireless charger out of the box to test it before buying it!! Very happy with the service.v

Popped by for a pair of Aftershockz this afternoon and had a very pleasant experience with Gary. He was very knowledgeable about the specific product line I was looking at and navigated me to a better model I'm much more pleased with then the one I intended to buy. Would recommend if you need some tech in a pinch at BWI.
