I was looking for a auto body shop to fix my vehicle. I ride pass this shop every morning and decided to stop in. They greeted me immediately and was very professional. I left my car that day and within a week my car was finished. The work looks spectacular and I was so pleased. The communication and entire staff was awesome.

Don’t take your car here they do not do good work at all and the customer service is very nasty please don’t take your car here they will mess it up worse than what it is than make up stories of how the car was made that way

I was referred to this auto place by some good people. I tell you I am not disappointed they have great service and awesome humor. The staff is polite and reasonable. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for a superior job...

Izee and Colin were unprofessional. I paid Izee Tuesday for work to be done on my car Thursday. When I went to the shop Thursday Izee was not there. Colin would not work on my car until Izee verified I paid him. He had two days to set this up. Colin told me that he would put the mirror on Friday. When I texted Izee about all of this, he did not respond to my text. Colin told me to come back on Friday. I went back Friday at 9:45 am and Colin and Izee were not there to work on my car. I was told that I needed to wait 20 minutes and Colin would be back. I waited longer than that and he was not back. Another associate put the mirror on my car. When I left the shop, Colin was not back and Izee was no where to be seen. Izee still has not gotten back to me.

I had the most satisfying experience here with a paint repair job on my car. Work was done within 24 hours, my car looked as good as new. The staff was really nice and friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable! 10/10 recommend their service.

I would have given 5 stars for great customer service & so far the work looks great besides the little crank in my door & black piece slightly coming off. My handle on my door was not fixed either, I'd assume the impact may have done that.
But this is what happened. Left out of the shop with another problem that was already fixed 2 month ago that I didn't have when I brought it there. I drove my truck for 2 weeks before I bought it to Izee's because I wanted to see if the person that hit me insurance would be able to cover in a timely fashion.
Upon picking up my vehicle & leaving
after dropping off my truck to another shop, I get a call from the other shop.
It took me 15mins to get there from Izee's and they say they see a coolant leak. I haven't had my truck in 2 weeks. If another shop can see a coolant leak right away when it gets to their shop, why couldn't Izee Auto see a coolant leak before giving me my vehicle and during inspection when you had the vehicle for 2 weeks?
There were NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK besides knocking noise on the right side. Then I was told I needed suspension work. FINE. I thought maybe I did.
I specifically asked the shop to see if there were any other problems with my truck for the insurance claim because it was hit pretty hard while parked (See attached photos to get an idea). They stated it was no other problems so why do I have other problems after you guys have been PAID? Makes no sense at all.
Not to mention, my truck had a little under a half of tank when I bought it there and was close to E when I got it.
Update: The suspension work Izzy said I needed that I got done 2 yrs ago I DON'T NEED. I was quoted 2k plus & was about to give him $1600 for the work.
I took it back to the original place "Leo's Auto" that did the work. I also was told I need an alignment & also that I should have gotten a new tire added to the claim but Izee spray painted the tire.
This could have been added to the claim like I asked him to check for any other damages.
The body work looks good but trying to get over on me because I'm a female NOT COOL.
I'll attach photos (1st pic of Izee estimate) of how he told me I needed the same suspension work that I got done 2 yrs ago & I knew there was NO WAY I needed that work done. (2nd pic Leo's Auto 2022) & Leo's told me currently, EVERYTHING is still in tact & the only issue they see is on the right side where the knocking noise is, the leak (that mysteriously reoccurred) & I need 2 new front tires.
Please be careful with dishonest people. I'm a business woman & would never try to get over on any one.
Thanks to the front desk person she was really nice & so was Izee but he tried to get over on me and that's not cool to me.

I am VERY pleased and happy that I was referred to Izee Body Shop. I was in a car accident June 8th and I am picking up my vehicle on July 12th. The shop works fast and they value their customers. The owner, Isaiah/Izee came to speak with me personally upon pick up and was very friendly and kind. lzee Body Shop ensured me that my vehicle would be done before my rental period was up, and they delivered. I will be coming back to Izee Body Shop and highly recommend them!

My experience at Izee was great from receiving a quote to repairing my car. I had a dent in my bumper and Collin and his team was able to save it. It looked brand spanking new as it did before. Totally would refer them.

My experience with Izee auto body shop was amazingly awesome. He is at the top of the game with his business. He's reasonable and if he say he's going to do something trust me it will be done. I have a 2015 mercedes benz with damages to both doors..he not only fixed the doors but another damaged area in the same vicinity. He's like AAAHis timing is very good his attitude is very nice and he holds himself and staff accountable. Finally I had a $500 deductible and he was like a magician bcuz it disappeared.9/7/2023

10 out of 10, I recommend ???? Izee has great quality work. My experiences with him has always been great. He is knowledgeable about his work and made me feel comfortable with the questions I asked. Izee & Elizabeth are pleasant and welcoming.

Very Diligent and Thorough, thankyou for your service. Unfortunately my car has been through a few accidents but Izee got the job done everytime I would recommend anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle to service their vehicle here always. I appreciate how quickly they get the job done and the accommodation they have available once repairs are done to set up a pick up time and date.
