It’s a very good place, usually their inventory is excellent compared to other locations we’ve been even in other states. People working here are very helpful. Craig helped us with different things and everything went very smooth and quickly found what we needed, very good experience.

Dana at J Crew Habor East is absolutely amazing, professional, and friendly!! Her knowledge of all the products and her taste is impeccable. She’s been helping me shop for over 5+ years. I’m disabled and many times she’s shopped with me over the telephone while I’m looking at my IPad. She definitely goes above and beyond; but more than that she understands how to put outfits together and I’ve received many compliments on the outfits/clothing/shoes/jewelry she’s helped me buy. Not only for myself but for my entire family!! Every time I see her her smile and positivity feels like sunshine!!

I went here to purchase a suit and some shirts. The manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything. Definitely the best J Crew I’ve been to. Very top tier experience!

They don't carry all sizes in store which was a bummer, but they were welcoming nonetheless. Store was organized and mostly clean ( fitting rooms could use a vaccum).

I’m a long time client of this store. My recent in counter with the sale representative and the manager makes me think not to ever shop @j-crew store. The manager specifically has a very unprofessional behavior.

Everyone is VERY NICE WITH A SMILE AND POLITELY ASKED DO YOU NEED HELP TO FIND THINGS OR THEY CAN HELP YOU TO ORDER IT IN THEIR WEBSITE. THAT IS COOL. I AM A PLUS SIZE WOMEN THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SIZE. WHAT A BLESSING TO HAVE.
