I have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for over 10yrs. I am always pleased with their services. Yes the fee's are alittle bit expensive. But I never have to worry about getting audited. The employees always double check my information before they submit my information. Returning customer here!

Horrible I cannot get in touch with anyone about my taxes I was told I'm owed alot more than what I received there was an error on my taxes and I've gone here for years the office I went to is closed for the season terrible

Fast,friendly and understanding.My first time there and I felt like I have been going there for years..shout out to the ladies because as it gets closer to the end of the tax season..the drama is on lol. Jameka was so friendly and very helpful. I think the customer service was the best so if you need to get your taxes done ..go see them.
