I don't feel they really care about their patients. Long as they get, they're money,overcharging. In my opinion, no options are ever giving About options always to save the client money.Then I'll get insurance.They don't wanna try to help you save a peany plus plus,you have to do all the leg work. They don't help with nothing in my opinion. I've been coming here since I was born multiple generations of my family from south bmore. I feel like every time I call these people Just the way they sound is rude They can't send your medicine out on one day My one medicine is due next monday But they can't make it a delivery I am disabled with cmt and they don't care I don't have a car nor A.Way to get there and i've told these people that and they don't seem to Care.

Small place rude owner and cashier. Not helpful to sick people. Within 15 minutes my dr sent a new script to Harris Teeter and it was filled without hassle. He could have just called the dr. The dr sent me the screenshot and it was ordered in the morning. If you need anything you should go to another place

James pharmacy consistently makes mistakes with my medications. Staff is at best unhelpful and at worst rude when mistakes are made. Staff has openly laughed in my face when I've brought up concerns. Do not get your prescriptions filled here.
