Jamie is a hard woking person who will have her clients best interests at heart . unforutnatly i have not been able to sell and thats not her fault.. people need to stop being so hard on homes.. i have a 5 bed 2 bath house 2500 sq ft but the layou is odd but built in 1956. it still takes a buyer wanteing your house.. . I think the world of Jamie and would recomend her to anyone who asked .. if your house is cookie cutter and fresh rehab then you will sell quick.. i wish i could be so lucky..
jamie is amazing , smart and attentive.. so use her and youll be happy.. i give her 10 stars if i could lol but google only allows 5 ..

If you are looking for a true expert to sell your property, look no further than Jamie. From start to finish she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to explain every step clearly and was available anytime a question came up. She had contacts that were able to jump in immediately when it came to staging, inspection recs, and even hauling away items that a former tenant had left in the house. Words cannot express how wonderful I found my experience to be when working with Jamie. She represented me as the seller and the process was smooth and seamless. She’s smart, kind and a great communicator. Absolutely amazing negotiator, when the buyer offered a lower price than the sales price, she reinforced my instincts with my offer price even when I was thinking of accepting the lower price. “She told me to trust my gut, and said at the end of the day this is your property” I appreciated that moment with her because after 5 plus real estate transactions I’ve never felt that a realtor was looking out for my best interest as she did. I was in a pinch and really needed a GOOD realtor to sell my home. I innocently googled a Baltimore realtor and paid careful attention to Jamie’s reviews. Once I felt confident enough to reach out and we had our first phone call, I knew I had made the correct choice. She did her research before our initial call and came ready with strategies to sell my home. At several points while the house was on sale, she remained positive and optimistic, while giving her best professional opinion on my best course of action. Jamie made wise decisions and trusted her gut (like updating the listing’s photos) which resulted in a huge turnout for the home, multiple offers, and ultimately our best and final offer. Everything worked out better than I expected and I’m grateful. Would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to sell a difficult home or buy a new one!

Jamie Koehler is a very talented Agent
First off all, I was desesperate on selling my property in Baltimore city and she was recomended to me but I didn't beleive that she was what they say about her. when I finally decided to call her, the only fact that she was so excited renewed my hope. When she visited the property, she promissed selling it as quick as possible. the first week when she took over, I was really impressed by receiving updates almost every day. She focus on what could positivelly impact the value of the property. I really enjoy her professionalism. She sold my property over the listing price and in a reasonable time.
My meeting with Jamie motivates me to continue doing business in baltimore

I strongly recommend Jamie. When I went to sell my house, I wanted to leave the area as soon as possible so I wouldn't be present to sell the house. Jamie took care of everything, from scheduling services and repairs on the house to helping with negotiations.
The entire process was smooth and painless, if the need would ever arise again, I would definitely choose to work with Jamie again.
