Bad Customer Service Over The Phone Will Not Get You The Business! Whoever Your Company Has Answering The Phones At 9:25am Today Was Horrible. I Was Trying To Get An Oil Change And My Air Filters Changed And Couldn’t Get A Quote. I’m Guessing He Had Some Dry Turkey Over The Holiday.

My auto start that was serviced at the dealership and secondary battery replaced was disconnected during the tuneup. I was offered a new battery at a discounted price but I just had it replaced so I went back to the dealership the next day. The dealer had to reconnect it and said someone unhooked the battery. Now my car is having serious issues and problem as the tuneup was not done correctly. 2020 Chrysler Pacifica is now having very expensive issues.

I was there earlier today for an oil change and the cashier jaylicia was very rude. I asked her why didn't they notify me about the service that they did to my truck like they normally do for the past 5 years I've been going there and she told me since I was in the system that they don't do that. So I said that never happened before so when a mechanic came in the office she said to him if I had what ya'll had I wouldn't be having these problems and said what and then she reply saying a third leg meaning if she was a dude customers wouldn't be questioning her. So yeah I won't be going to this jiffy lube again

I called to see how long the wait would be if I walked in and they could offer no info and told me to just come in. I was interested in the woman day special but they said they no longer do that

Just had my oil changed and windshield wipers replaced. The team did an amazing job and had me out of there in less than an hour. I wanted to apologize for turning down the volume on the waiting room television. I didn't mean to offend, I wear hearing aids and it was just so loud. I apologize for not asking first.

Don't go there, I heard lots of unhealthy sounds of my car after I got an oil change there. Lowest price sometimes makes you less!

I had an excellent experience I was in and out of jiffy lube within 10 minutes. My only issue was the guy that performed the oil change he never asked me what oil I wanted in my car. So when I went to pay it was like $90. I had called beforehand and the gentleman said $65 for one service and then 85 for the following. So I guess he just took it upon himself to give me the more expensive one. That's the only thing that I did not agree upon. Would love my money back but I know that's not going to happen.

My service at Jiffy Lube located on Harford Rd was excellent. The employees there told you the truth about what work needed to be done with your car, and if they don't provide the service they directed you where you could go , and get the service done.

Ken is a very rude person. When I refused to get extra services he kept walking out the door telling me how I don't care about my car. And when I confronted him letting him know that I do care about my car he proceeded to tell me that he didn't care that I heard him. Not so good service at this location. So when I did tell him that he should care he attempted to apologize but at that point it's a bit too late You shouldn't have to remind people that dealing with customers you should be mindful of how you speak to them and about them.
