This office is always on top of things. Mr. Craig and the staff are always nice and hospitable. I enjoy talking to them. They keep a good eye on my policies to make make sure I'm getting the best deal.

I will be the first to admit that I’m not great with making payments on time and I signed myself up for this allstate to save money. Recently, I’ve switched to another insurance to the same. I’m not in the best economic status and I requested to this office if they could help me with making partial payment, they said I had to pay the amount due in order to terminate. Man made technology, man could manipulate yet I got no help with this.I paid it anyway. I received a d-mail thanking me for that payment, replied to it. Requested any installment fees/late fees they could reimburse me for if possible to maybe afford some groceries. In the same e-mail notifying them I’d switch insurance to save money.the response:make a payment to in order to do that.HELPFUL. It seems you really don’t care about your customers. You don’t empathize or seem to actually read what we write to you. Glad I made the switch.This was a direct response from Jim Craig himself…

Jim is the best in the business! He is always there. No matter how many fender benders we have he never gives us a hard time and he always make sure we get everything we are entitled to! I have been with Jim for many decades. I can’t beat his prices anywhere and get the same quality!Thanks Jim!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They call you, before you call them. I like knowing my insurance agency cares. The agent has experience being in the claims department so he’s really knowledgeable on how to help, when you need it the most.

Allstate is the most unaccommodating insurance company I ever dealt with. Wouldn’t recommend! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Jim Craig canceled my insurance even though I paid on time EVERY month because he doubled my monthly payments with no warning and then sent me to collections. If you have State Farm I would stay with them because you’ll be scammed with Allstate!

The second star is because of how polite and professional staff were when setting up my policy at the time of my home purchase. That it didn't go higher is because once they pointed out a roof repair that was needed, it took over 30 days for them to send out an inspector to confirm the repair was sufficient, cancelled my policy, said they would extend it to prevent gaps in coverage until an inspector could be found but did not, then, after a half dozen emails and calls, finally sent an inspector out when my mortgage was already under threat from a lapse in coverage.Never dealing with these folks again. There are better options in Baltimore. I recommend finding them.
