Literally the worst shoe store experience my family has ever had. These employees are so rude. To ask for help is the worst thing you can do. I guess they are there to converse with friends because needing help inconveniences their life. And believe me, this wasn't targeted. Multiple customers were furious about how rude the staff was, particularly the cashier, Janiya. She had such a dismissive attitude even when approached kindly. Not only that, but we were promised a discount that was advertised, just to be told they should've taken the sign down yesterday. Are you serious? Never again! Run! Run! Run! They are so rude, and though I don't blame the employees for the store policy, this was the first time I've ever been told I can't try on both shoes at the same time. Very odd.

The new guys in town there sniping the competition I can't believe shoe city is shutdown seriously I like this store brought me a Ralph Lauren polo velour on sale plus a pair of boots that was on sale I paid 85.00 everywhere else they where 190$ 200$

Worrsssttt Customer Service Ever , Just Straight Up Rude .. You Ask Them For A Shoe Size You Would Think You’re Asking Them For A Million Dollars The Way The Old Lady Reacts , & The Way She Talks To You Is Just Disgusting ! Makes You Not Even Want To Spend Money In This Store !

The customer service at this store is TRASH, the employees rather stand at the register then to assist customers, they don't greet you then they look at you like you're crazy if you ask for help that's probably why the store is always empty, I thought with them changing the name of the business the employees may have gotten better with customer service. I stop spending my money in there when it was Jimmy Jazz and now I definitely won't be spending my money in there with the new name. Training

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. I came in here about a week ago, and two employees were working there. They act as of you don’t exist. They were paying more attention to their phones than any customer in the store. They don’t acknowledge you at all. The only reason I shop here is that their shoe selection is good.

I ordered this item long before they were out of stock online and to send an email and ask for a status the first assistant told me that my item was on the way and I should receive a shipping order soon. I never did! So I called again and set on the phone for a long time just to hear another assistant tell me she has to call the warehouse and call me back . Then I receive emails saying the sneakers was out of stock a few days before Christmas. I will never order from this place again. Unprofessional and unorganized!

I was with my sister getting her some shoes and she said she was ready to get the shoes and I was looking at something and my sister told her if she could give us a minute and a older woman who works there was like no you come up and pay for it since you wanted them. The other woman was was nicer and wasn’t rude. If you wanna get rushed even though there are no other customers this is your place

I went to that store a few minutes ago and the girl who attended me treated me very reluctantly very bad attitude on her part, and I went to spend my money not to ask anyone, I will not return to that store anymore, very bad attitude of that girl she thought that I was asking her it was so bad that she attended to me??????

Jimmy Jazz Eastpoint definitely deserves 5 stars. They have definitely been coming through in the clutch, as where I strike out with the big name stores on their apps. I walk in Jimmy Jazz and I’m always greeted with a “Hello , how are you today “, and the same releases that are sold out in minutes on line they have em on display ive been lucky to grab the Griffey’s, the Blk and green 6s, uptempos, and today the Jordan 3s. So I definitely want to give a huge Thank you to Jimmy Jazz

The staff especially the manager customer service Skills are none existing. You walk in. They don't acknowledge you. You ask for help they take deep breaths in disgust.I asked "COULD THEY CHECK IN THEIR SYSTEM TO SEE WHO. ELS MAY HAVE IT. Sister looked in my eyes & SAY I CANT NO TELLING WHEN OUR COMPUTERS WILL STOP ACTING CRAZY). This job is what you applied for. But you hate working with people!!! Wrong field of work people. You don't want to talk or help people. Switch. Work at a funeral home. Rehire Recoach something.

The experience at this store was horrific and traumatizing. Entered this store, took forever to get some service then approached the counter to pay for an item, I then place the money on the counter after the cashier who’s also the manager kept calling the price I put the cash closer to her and she somehow found disrespectful because I placed the cash on the counter and requested I put it in her hands. My other half approached the counter to ask her what the issue was and she started to defend her self and started lashing out at us. We then took two other items from the store when she saw us approaching the counter once again she left and went to the washroom and came back and started being very rude. Talking about we should get out the mall and stay home and started attacking us. When we told her that’s not customer service she told us she does not care and started to attack us infront of other customers. If this is the way customers are treated especially when we’re spending money we cannot no longer visit this store. Someone needs to look into this behavior and this supposed manager.

I made a few stops pass JJ last week to make a purchase. Staff was great, but the environment was dehumanizing! It was hotter than Granada in this spot. I’m sweating, the employees, even the walls!! It’s 2021, why isn’t there any A/C in this store??? Shop in a cooler store people!
