I recently visited this nail salon and while the customer service was decent, I encountered some issues with their nail colors. Be mindful of deceptive brands and the availability of nail colors. They switch nail colors and labels, and if you notice peeling stickers around the rim, don’t trust that it’s the correct color inside the bottle. This happened to me twice with my signature Ferrari Red. The bottle said Ferrari Red, but it was a different shade, and they argued about it, even though they admitted it didn’t match their selection palette or the color on my nails. Stay vigilant! My toes look more orange than red

WORST NAIL SALON EVER IN BALTIMORE !!! service is the worse they have nasty attitudes and rush their work, Very poor quality products these were my nails after 1 day of a dip manicure which i’ve had before and have had them last for a month and then i called to get my money back which they kept trying to get me to get another service that i don’t want $52 down the drain after a day worse nail experience of my life , LA NAILS DO BETTER !

I HD a pedicure and manicure done by Tina. Tina was awesome. I let her make all the decisions on hw my nails were to be done and even the color. She was very patience and kind. So if u go to L A nails ask for Tina
Requested style: I allowed Tina to make all the decisions.
Cleanliness: Salon ws very clean. The staff ws friendly with smiles.
Stylist: Tina. Tina, Tina she did everything and it all camed out great!!!

So I just got off the airplane because I’m flying international and my toe nails are peeling! I just got these done less than 24 hours ago and it’s peeling!! Please don’t waste your money and or time going here. They have the worse customer service and quality. I asked for everything done and the lady was half doing her job. I told her to stop being aggressive and repeatedly had to tell her to stop trying to add things that I didn’t request. All in all, I will be returning to get a partial refund or they will be redoing my set. Now I’m out of the county with my fee looking, A MESS?
