I have never been to a place where the phlebotomists are so good. My daughter has down syndrome and is very afraid of blood work. I never had anything but a great experience. This time the second lady came in to help us because my daughter was having a hard time allowing me to pick up her sleeve. I couldn't get over their patience and how nice they were. We both walked out very happy. I love this location!

I would like to commend Tyla, the phlebotomist/receptionist for the outstanding job she does in running LabCorp at Quarry Lake! Her sweet demeanor, patience and willingness to assist is remarkable. She is by far the best staff person that this LabCorp location has has had in a long time. Please keep her at Quarry Lake. Thank you Tyla!

Pros: The phlebotomist/receptionist who took care of my toddler’s annual labs was professional, kind, & skilled.Cons: The waiting area is VERY small & got pretty crowded (multiple people standing). The wait was pretty long (even though we had an appointment & were on time).Despite the cons, I appreciated the skill & kindness that the phlebotomist showed my toddler.EDIT: I just saw that you can check in on your phone & wait in your car. Maybe I will try that next time

Three of my family members went for lab work at the same time. The check-in process was quick and easy. The phlebotomist, Tyla, could not have been sweeter as well as having a gentle touch. Thanks for making a “not-fun” outing go very smoothly!!

I had a terrible experience at this labcorp. My son is very nervous about getting his bloodwork, and the man who took his blood was actually quite good. But then, the blood was lost without a trace. No one from this office calls me back or anyone on the central labcorp line. I am very dissapointed and won't be returning to labcorp.

I was kind of terrified of going here after seeing some of these reviews but my experience was totally fine. I checked in from the phone and waited in my car. Got the notification and went in. Only had to wait a minute or two. I don't know the lady's name that helped me but she was patient and friendly and listened to my nervous rambling. Did a great job with the draw. I have zero complaints so wanted to offer some reassurance to anyone thinking of going to this location. (The waiting room is small and only two chairs but that's why you can wait in the car.)

I went to a different location earlier in the day and a few of the tests were missed. The two working were able to help me figure out what needed to be done and then went ahead and drew the additional labs. They were extremely busy and didn't have to do any of this but really just went above and beyond. 10/10

BE WARNED. One of the worst waiting rooms I’ve experienced in Baltimore. Cramped. Got here before opened. I have spent an hour standing in the corridor waiting to get in the door, no seating for seniors or disabled. Award for Most Covid Warning posters and Least Actual Precautions.Now 8 people standing in corridor, only 2 chairs in waiting room IF I ever get in.There is no Quick In & Out in this location.Third time in a year. Never going back.

My experience at this location has always been pleasant. I’ve never had to wait long and the Staff have been extremely efficient and nice. Tyla is so great!

The lady with the colorful locs needs to be trained in interpersonal skills. I could hear the irritation in her voice when she addressed me.

I have been going to this LabCorp location for two years because of Sherri! She is welcoming and does a great job following Labcorps expectations. She makes sure that everything runs efficiently and I get in and out quickly. The unit itself could be repaired but that's on LabCorp for maintaining.

Customer service was POOR! You ask a customer to sit while you finish a personal conversation. She was short, not welcoming and definitely acted as if she did not want to assist, as if I was bothering her. I walked out and will never go here again! Headed to Quest instead.
