I have been coming here for years and I can honestly say the professionalism and top notch customer service has serverly declined. You ask a simple question if they called your name and they give you the death eyes for asking. They never text your number after they tell you to leave one. Smh it's torture getting blood work done here. Then the heavy set guy dispensation is always off. I don't know why he even shows up to work. He always makes you feel like you're the problem. Then on top of that he can never find your vein and his colleagues has to do his job. Never again.

I need to get my blood drawn a couple of times a year, and Niya has been the best. I barely felt a prick, and it was over in seconds. She is very friendly, and the overall experience was positive.

Why bother posting 8-5 operation hours if no one shows up until 8:30?There is no ability to connect with the office so you’re left waiting and wondering if/when you will get called back.

I too would rate this place a zero based on current experience. I am a healthcare provider, so bedside manner is not a foreign concept. Today I went to get labs done and had an awful experience at this location. The woman came to get us from the waiting room while talking to someone on her earbuds and not greeting us. After proceeding to look at my labs, I mentioned differentiating between one lab due to it being misdrawn previously at a different location. She immediately began berating me due to how the lab was ordered and that she had to refuse my lab due to not knowing what to draw. I understand if the labs are unable to be obtained, however her aggressive nature at the bedside with less than optimal communication skills is not what should be delivered at a Labcorp. Would not recommend this place in the future.

If only I could give zero. I unfortunately I am at LabCorp more often than most people on a regular basis. This was the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever seen and the worst service I believe I’ve experienced in my life. That is saying something. Located. Inside of an urgent care was fully staffed with none of them doing anything but gossiping amongst themselves they left me sitting there for over 90 minutes. There is no number to call the location to speak to an actual person, so my only option was to try to reach someone through the people at urgent care Were less than willing to assist in anyway… Day said there was no way for them to get in touch with anybody at LabCorp whatsoever even though they are in the room right behind them? I checked in via the kiosk, as I was supposed to and received way that it was successful and received the text on my phone that my technician will be out immediately. That never occurred. I continued to go up to the reception desk at urgent care Telling them finally that I had to get to the next part of my pre-appointment and this was completely unacceptable… It was at that point they decided to tell me that there was a button to push on top of that you couldn’t even see, but was for reach the staff in the back… Generally, when people are at Labcorp they’re having some serious things going on in their life… To make it additionally stressful is unacceptable. You need to do better.

I will never return here. The lady with the red dreadlocks should be fired. She threatened me in front of my child stating that she would drag me all because I told her she didn't do her job correctly. She could've injured my baby while drawing her blood. I am disgusted at the care I received last week! Thank God I've relocated and don't have to come back to Baltimore to deal with nasty people like her!

Nobody to ask if they take walk-ins, the checkin pad is useless, as they never contact you over mobile.You just have to be lucky for someone to pass by from labcorp so you can get some assistance.

I called for 5 days straight to ask about preparation for my h pylori test & got no answer. I went with what the labcorp site said & when I got to the appointment, I could not do the test because I had to fast for 2 hours, not brush my teeth & not drink anything. ANSWER THE PHONE

My appointment time was not honored. Waited far beyond what time I set it. Once in it was quick and the staff were nice.

Slow and cannot give you an estimated wait time. They do not value patient time and I would choose a different facility for lab work despite this one being in the same building as the specialist I came to see the lab appointment took significantly longer than expected.

No front desk or person you can talk to. They whisper names and can't give any time estimate. You're screwed if you miss them calling you as now you are back of the line. Best just to pee in the middle of the waiting room

The staff is good and friendly. Be advised: Google says they open at 7am but they really open at 8:00. Don’t waste an hour trying to be first in line like I did.

Ease of check in. Wifi available. Clean. Water fountain. Hand sanitizer and alcohol pads for the tablet check in. Courteous staff. Plenty of parking. Near bus stop.

Don’t wait till last minute for the text to sit in the car. As we walked in we waited 40 minutes, we were told they already called our name long time ago. Give people a cushion they can’t teleport from car to inside in 5 seconds. Also can’t hear them calling names. Maybe they do it behind glass doors sometimes.
