Caitlyn / Caitlin was a welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.
I think LabCorp needs to let the other employee who was working the front desk this morning know that this is the kind of experience they should provide all patients. Unfortunately, this second employee has very short, abrasive, and dismissive to me and another mother/daughter combo that was checking in. It goes a long way to set the tone for those who may be worried about having blood drawn, may need language assistance, or may just be visiting for the first time.
Thank you for the easy booking process, prompt service, and being in the community.

Called ahead to ask what the walk in wait time was, and was told it “wouldn’t be long”. Arrived, turns out wait time was an hour and a half, even though there was no one in the waiting room!! Stupid.

Last two times I’ve tried to come to this location one of the technicians is doused in perfume. They work out of a small room with no ventilation. Because of this I’ve had trouble breathing in there and have lost my voice.

Lot of bad reviews on here so thought I would talk about the great experience I had here today! I had an 11:15 appointment and was finished/back in my car by 11:30. The two lab techs were very friendly and funny; listening to them chat was a great distraction since I don't do well with needles. The tech who drew my blood (blanking on her name!) also went above and beyond to explain the tests that were being done and make sure I didn't have to over-pay as I had two lab scripts asking for some of the same tests. There also was an older lady who was accidentally at the LabCorp instead of MedStar and they were very nice and walked her back to where she needed to be. Overall a great experience and would go back again to have blood drawn!

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Went in with an order from my doctor, waited for over 2 hours. Unprofessional and the front desk lady didn’t help any of the elderly people with the iPad technology for sign in. There wasn’t anyone present for around 1 hour- finally a woman walked in to help us and she wasn’t kind. will not be returning.

This used to be one of the best Labbcorp here in Baltimore, not anymore. When I arrived today there was only 1 person in front of me. I waited 1 hour today to get my blood drawn. It was actually ridiculous.

Been to other LabCorp locations and none as incompetent as front office. Staff at the front couldn't tell you what the fax number was (I could you not... She flipped through a book and just shrugged her shoulders.... Had to find it myself off the internet) and couldn't tell me when I was going to be seen. So funny people think public sector is inefficient....

We arrive, the receptionist is not there, when he arrives he calls me and asks for a piece of paper, I explain that they did not send it to me because the appointment was virtual, but that is what the platform is for, he remains silent, and calls another person,
zero kindness, not interested in serving, change jobs.
I not only feel bad about my illness but also about the poor treatment of this rude person

Avoid this place. I had a blood draw and never got the results. I left a message and they never called me back so I went back to the location and they were extremely unhelpful. I called customer service again who stated they would look into it and call me back that day, which they never did. Ultimately my doctor’s office contacted them when they determined they had lost the samples. The phlebotomist when I went was extremely distracted. This was an important test that needed to be done in a timely manner and I’m disappointed I had to have it retaken 6 weeks later (at a different location of course). The most frustrating part was this location took no accountability , no one reached out to me
