This really isn't a leather goods store. Its mostly a generic clothimg store with some cheap immitation leather belts and work boots.

I came in this morning window shopping and the person who opened the store today was being a nuisance. Myself and my best friend were casually browsing through the store and the gentleman mentioned that they had a sale I politely told him that we were just browsing and we will come back. For some reason he could not take that as an answer he began to try to negotiate with me and I said three times I would come back he tried to negotiate me AGAIN and I lost my patience and said you’re being annoying I already said no and I left while I was leaving he was begging me to come back and he’ll offer me another discount. Listen I understand that the gentleman wanted to sell his products but if someone says no it means no it made me uncomfortable. I’m not returning to this store because I’ll be damned.

I will NEVER buy from them again. At first I was hesitant to buy from them because they never really have what I want but I was desperate so I bought some boots. When he brought out the box, it only had one boot in it so he assumed the other boot was on display. I asked him are they the same size? He said yes. I get home to get ready to go out when I noticed the boots were 2 different sizes. I took them back the next day and they couldn't even find the other shoe and suggested that I go all the way out my way to Mondawmin Mall to exchange them. He refused to give me my money on a mistake they made smh.

On 2/24 at 1130...had the rudest customer service ever from the employee on duty...they have a 50% everything salr going on....oh, except New Balance. Since I didn't want to purchase...the VSR told me...,Do not come back to my dtore!"...really?????
