Despite it being Thanksgiving week, everything was organized and put away, staff was attentive and checked us out easily, I love going to this Lidl’s :) glad to see that it’s not a mess like it usually is

Terrible. Horrible customer service. Www. I witnessed a cashier calling a customer lazy because she did not put her cart back outside with the other carts but left her cart on the side of the register. The woman had her hands filled and told her she didn't have time to put her cart back outside and the lady yelled and told her that she was lazy. Very tacky and unprofessional.

Very nice store and good prices, but they should open more cashiers as the line gets longer. There were six people in line and they still didn't open another cashier lane. Many of the people had 20 or more items. I only had five items and the gentleman in front of me only had two. We had to wait over 10 minutes to pay for our purchases. That being said, it is a lovely store that's well organized and clean.

Having a staff who actually shows their appreciation for your patronage is top tier!!! Daechon who is the cashier that checked me out yesterday was so warm and greeted me with a smile. I know we have to spend our money on groceries etc regardless, but it sure makes spending that money a lot more pleasurable when the store exudes a welcoming environment.

Love this place. I’m so glad to have such a quality option in this area. I find the produce of good quality and the selection is great. Overall selection of grocery items is very good and compares to any Lidl in the suburbs.
The challenge for this grocery will be to main service. I went today and there were no usable carts. The carts will freeze up if taken too far from the grocery. This is good because it keeps the carts from being taken all over the neighborhood. However there were carts blocking the entrance door and no store employees to move them. The security guard was just sitting and doing nothing. Surely the guards coujd at least unlock the carts. A sweep of the area outside the store should be done when it’s clear there are no more carts left. It’s this type of thing that makes the store subpar. Please keep up this store. It’s truly a blessing

Great place to shop and great prices. My favorite thing is there are no vagrants hanging around in the parking like the other options nearby.

I love Lidl. It used to be my go-to grocery store in Europe, and I was over the moon to find out that they have several locations in Baltimore.
The store has a good selection of fruits and vegetables, and amazing pastries.
