The entire staff, from the janitors to the surgeons, made patients feel at home, cared for, and safe. Every person, from the ER team and Medic crew to the nutrition service and housekeeping team, treated patients and their families with professionalism, kindness, and empathy. Nurses like Rose, Antoinette, and Sheela are noted as kind, considerate, helpful, and totally dedicated. The staff were courteous, attentive, and caring, ensuring procedures went smoothly. Patients appreciated that everyone, from the anesthesiologist to the surgeon, explained what they would be doing, keeping them informed and comfortable. The whole experience was much less nerve wracking than imagined.
