Marshall's, Popeyes and some other shopping are in this area as well the bay is there and u can walk around in a nice enviroment, Marshall's was very organize and service was very good

Decent enough shopping zone. Despite being across the street from the inner harbor, there's not usually many people. That's probably because the parking is relatively difficult.
