This Lowes would have gotten a lower rating had it not been for a young man named EnRon. We had been wandering around trying to get help...asked personnel who paged help but none came. This young man stopped and took the time to help us. Not only help but explained thoroughly why we needed what we needed. We were about to leave and he came to our aid. I have been having some health issues where walking is difficult so I am glad we didn't have to go to another store. My recommendation is to have more help to assist your customers. I purchased a defective dryer and the only person in the return process who cared enough to help me get a return authorization was NoDica at the Catonsville Lowes. She called GE and took care of me. She made the difficult task of returning a defective major appliance much easier.Great person and Customer service. Thanks Nodica

This is literally the most useless employee I've ever seen in my life. I called the store for 45 minutes to try to talk to someone electrical to see if they had the product I needed because every store I went to claimed it had it and they didn't have it. The two times that someone did pick up in electrical they just hung up.I come to the store and can't find anyone to help me try to find the product. About 15 minutes later this guy shows up blocks off the aisle and then just completely ignores me while he's getting stuff from the top shelf to stock the shelves.Then once I ask him if anyone's working in the area he rudely says it's him but then didn't ask if I actually needed anything.It's really unbelievable how useless these people are in these stores.

I don't know why this place has such low ratings. I have the most wonderful experience with the folks who work here. To start with, Alicia at the RETURN was such a pleasant person. I had three different issues, she patiently worked with me and resolved all the issues for me. Thanks, Alicia! Appliance department folks were friendly and helpful. Plumbing department, no so much. Nonetheless, this will be our go-to Lowe's from now on.

Went to Lowe’s today to purchase a washer and dryer which was a sale that ended today. I stood in a line of 3 customers for maybe 30 minutes at best the associate was still working with first customer in line. She then spoke to 2nd person in line and left him stand there and went to a customer looking at a washer. At that point I am in line and before him she said no he is before you and those 2 over there are also. Now while standing there I had been looking at washers before I did get in line and never saw those people.I guess I upset her by questioning her so I said no problem I will go somewhere else which I did. I went to Home Depot at spent $1600 that this store lost. I think the associate should have called from help if indeed she had 5 customers in need of assistance as she saidI think this will be my last trip to Lowe’s anywhere. This happened at 11:45 in morning.

I live in Reisterstown but drove to Lowe’s on Rt 40 to get led window candles with suction cups … could not find them anywhere else. Even had trouble finding them on-line. They weren’t stocked on the shelf so I asked one of the guys that worked there if he knew where they might be. He looked, said they should be right there but maybe they were misplaced a few aisles over on the overstock shelves. He searched and no luck. He kept looking and managed to find the last box on the top of inventory by the ceiling. HOW NICE WAS HE! Then I needed spray paint … there was a young lady restocking who stopped everything to help me find the weirdest color ever. HOW NICE WAS SHE! Then I walked up to the wrong register to check out … it was the return aisle … the woman said no problem and rang up my purchases. HOW NICE WAS SHE! I’m telling you, I haven’t run into that many hard working, helpful, friendly people in a long time. Lowes in Catonsville is amazing! PS ~ their Christmas department is like a winter wonderland. I might take the kids there as a holiday road trip! Thank you Lowes employees for one of the best mornings I’ve had in a long time. ❤️

I went into the Balto Natl Pike store 2 days ago to purchase paint supplies. There were 3 employees standing around and talking when I walked in. I was not greeted, and no one asked me if I needed help. A stark contrast from the last time I went; I had help and a manager also greeted me. There was an employee in paint helping a woman, and he was professional. It bothered me that I was ignored by 3 employees at the front; they were getting paid to socialize apparently. Next time I’m going to one of your competitors.

Went in to purchase copper grounding rod wire, no employees around to unlock gate. Pressed customer help button 3 times, still no help.Finally went to office to complain and to send a page. I still waited being disabled. After about 1/2-1hr waiting I gave up and left. To the manager please review your camera. 5 minutes age I wore a black baseball cap.

I had to go to2 Lowe's to get what I needed to put in a walk-in shower. Rt 40 had everything. Owings Mills need to get up on their stock. I do want to shout out my helper Keon, great job in helping me look for most of my items. Both stores do have helpful staff, but need more staffing. Had to wait for awhile.

Do not waste your time, this location is very unprofessional. I called regarding an online order and was met with a disgruntle employee that hung up the phone because she was unable to answer my question. After my experience with this Lowe’s and their customer service, I will not support them in the future.

Don’t come if you need paint. Nobody’s ever at the counter and employees will simply walk past you as you stand at the counter looking around for help.

Lowes Home Improvement in Owings Mills has the most Kirk unprofessional, rude, unhelpful supervisor/manager named Lauren. She needs to have a class in how she speaks to customers.
