Great customer service, store is IMPOSSIBLE to find using Uber’s GPS use Google Maps to find actual location if you are ride sharing here. My issue with this store is that they sell discontinued items which can no longer be purchased. I believe this is bad business there’s nothing in your store that’s being sold today that should be discontinued within the next 90 days and if there is customers should be notified prior to purchase.

Who doesn't love lululemon?? I always love that they moved to a bigger location. There's a much bigger selection and they rotate pretty often!

This is a larger retail location. The staff helped me with a quality exchange and were able to choose a new item that worked better for me.

Lindsay is literally a saint. She’s the store manager and nothing short of amazing. Thank you for all your help, your kindness and being a girl’s girl. Truly appreciate you and thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. Will be stopping in again.

They try to pressure you to buy things. Tried on a coat and they walked away with the hanger....and then we handed them the jacket saying we didn't want it and they handed it back.

I bought a pair of align shorts and once I got home I realized they did not remove the sensor. I had received a survey and filled it out. I was disappointed because I live about 1/2 hour away from the store. The manager sent me a new pair of shorts and told me next time I am in the area, I could come in and she would remove the sensor from the shorts I purchased. That is real customer service. Thankful for my experience there and will happily continue shopping the Harbor East store.

Today I went into this Lululemon and I was greeted with an eye roll and lots of attitude from the employees. I had a few items in hand and I got a fitting room and not even a minute after I was changing I heard the employees talking about my friends and I. I am 14 and my friends were from 11-14 years old. They were saying that we were way to young to be wearing Lululemon and that they hadn't started to wear it until this year. I think that it shouldn't matter who is purchasing it because they are still making money. Do better Lululemon.

I came to this location after the one in Towson refused a valid return. And I’m so glad I did, the young ladies who helped me were so kind, personable and pleasant! Paige helped me and I’m definitely coming back to shop with her in the future. Plus, I walked in 15 min before closing, and I was able to try items on and never felt rushed. 5 stars for this shopping experience!

Jerome, Sebastian, Toby took SUCH great care of me. Best experience I’ve ever had in a Lululemon before. They were beyond knowledgeable about the products and got me in and out quickly! Highly recommend this Lulu and these sales associates!!

Fantastic location and even better staff members. Stephanie helped me when I had questions about a few pairs of leggings I brought in and she helped make sure I was fully take care of and communicated with me extremely well.I’ve been a Lulu customer for 5+ years and todays experience made me even more loyal.10/10 reccomend visiting them!

Amazing group of staff here. Occasionally I go to other Lululemon stores and expect to receive the same type of service provided here but it’s not the same. These guys are a lot more flexible and go out of their way to help you out.

Well to start the people we super friendly! However we were in Baltimore for a cheer event and took my daughter for some shopping. Bought hundreds of dollars of clothing. Much to our surprise after we got back home to Pennsylvania all the clothes still had all the security tags on them. I tried calling the store but no associate answered. I did leave a message with details including a transaction number and still have yet to receive a call 3 days now. Very frustrated that hundreds of dollars of clothes are just sitting here. Word of warning make sure you do there job and check to make sure security tags are taken off. For the high level this store is, it's the little details that have me re thinking returning to this store for any purchase.

Just left this location! Shopped today with Nila and Stephanie who were both great. These two ladies worked well together as a team to help me find the training shoes I wanted. Let me also say that great service is a sure way to get customers to spend money with you. Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience a great part of my morning. Shout out to new employee Rachel who also entertained me with conversation because I thought she was shopping. Keep up the good work ladies.Unfortunately I had to return these sneakers!! After my workout my feet were on fire!!! Still 5 stars for service!

I bought a define jacket on 8/12/2022, the seller over the phone guaranteed that i would receive it on time for my daughter’s birthday last weekend.Fedex has it on delay and lost on transit, so i called Lululemon store at Harbor, Baltimore, the floor manager who refused to give me her name, says she is new there and told me to call lululemon instead, not the purchasing store. Lululemon in the other hand says they can’t track it because its not a online purchase. So i called the store again and i got the same response. Who in the Lululemon world is responsible for taking care of this? What the heck, people is not valued as customers anymore?
