My wife took me to Macy's White Marsh,MD to purchase some cologne for men. When we were making our purchase the cashier didn't have men,or women cologne, or perfume samples. Now when I go to Nordstrom they Always give you samples, so that would bring you back to purchase other fragrances. The cashier didn't even try to locate samples if they had some available. I think from now on I may wait , and go to Nordstroms.

I love this location, I always leave with bags. The merchandise is priced reasonable and customer service is excellent the staff always smile

???? I love Macy's. I can always find something even when I say I am not buying anything, something catches my eye. Then, in a Macy's bag and out the store. Boom bam. Thank you, Macy's ?

There weren’t enough items to buy for new year. Very expensive products. I saw products written as “sale” when it was the same price before Christmas.

Wide selection of products. Very helpful and friendly staff, if spread rather thin. Tight isles in most clothing departments.
