I've been a member for close to two years now. The staff at the Rotunda are always pleasant. I've been seeing Ingrid for about six months now and she is amazing. She listens, remembers, and takes care of me the way a friend would. It's always a joy to come in and see her because she is so pleasant, even when she is knocking out the kinks from my chronic neck and back and even offers things to do to help the therapy along when I'm not in session. I am honestly thankful that I've found her!

Cassandra was extremely knowledgeable about her work. She was able to pinpoint areas for the massage therapist to focus on. She also gave me stretches to do at home.

I've been going here for two years to see Ingrid. She is amazing. I am reminded of her immense skills as I get out of bed with none of the sciatic pain that I had yesterday morning before I went to see her. Ingrid approaches our sessions with the goal of addressing current acute issues, but she is always aware of what EVERYONE should be so fortunate to have someone like her available to them. Beyond that, the staff at this location is great. They are always welcoming and stay in touch with me to let me know when Ingrid has openings.

Scheduling on the website and app SUCK. But other than that everything was great! The front desk staff Kayla and Gabby were so helpful and welcoming. I had an appt with Lisa who was extremely knowledgeable! Though I’m a big baby and didn’t realize how intense a firm massage was, my entire body felt much more relaxed and flexible than ever. Lisa showed me some stretches I can do from home to help in between sessions. I signed up for a membership and can’t wait to go back!

Jodi was wonderful… I left feeling so relaxed.. she was very informative and she shocked me when she guessed my profession just by giving me the massage … I look forward to going back! Yes! I signed up for the membership after my session with her. All of the ladies was wonderful the customer service was A1.

Ingrid was exceptional, she gave me so much information as to why I had so much pain in my back and it made a major difference after my visit. I truly know that she loves what she does and her goal is to see her clients improve in the body. I will definitely be back. It was a pleasant visit.

I’ve been a massage envy member for several years and am so happy with my experience there. For many years I saw Brendan who is excellent, effective and knowledgeable. As I’m pregnant I’ve been working with Ingrid for prenatal massage. She is also amazing and knows her stuff- and just so lovely to work with. I’d recommend them both for ATT sessions! I hope to be a customer of theirs for many years to come!

I joined the massage envy membership to keep my body healthy as a hairstylist always on my feet and I love it. I’ve had two regular massage therapists at the location in the Rotunda, Stephen and Darius and they are both very professional, and seem to know intuitively where all my knots are and how much pressure is needed to work them out. I always leave feeling so much better and look forward to every visit with the friendly staff at the front. Thanks Massage Envy for keeping me right for my clients!

My massage therapist, Ingrid, is absolutely exceptional. I have never gone to any other therapist for more than 3 visits but I have been seeing her for almost 2 years. She specializing in chronic pain, so I can't say the sessions are easy or relaxing, but I have seen results in my body that I failed to stretch for most of my life. She is beyond a massage therapist and I will continue to schedule sessions with her as long as I can.

Caron is a true professional! He does a great job of personalizing the massage to whatever your needs are that day. He’s friendly and will chat if you’re looking for that, but will also let you relax and have quiet if that’s more your style. I always walk out feeling refreshed and with less tension.

Darius did an amazing job. My massage was long overdue and he really worked the tension from my shoulder blades. Basically every area was tended to just as I requested. I definitely will back coming back! Great job Darius!!

Brendan is knowledgeable and intentional in his therapeutic approach. In addition, his deep tissue massages are tailored to meet my physical health needs. I am pleased with cordial personality and his willingness to explain what he is doing and why.
