It’s like this bank is trying to force you to have late payments. Seriously might get another loan out just to pay MECU so i don’t have to deal with them anymore. This is how long i’m on hold every single time i call…and they never know how to resolve any issues.

Some of workers are so slow. We should not have to wait 1/2 hour in the drive through window. Need faster employees at the drive through.

Very hard to get a representative on the phone my grandmother paid off her car 15years ago and they still say she has a lien on her vehicle. Impossible to get someone on the phone and my grandmother can’t make it to the bank.

Since this UPGRADE of MECU System, I'm unable to access my Account. Password hasn't changed prior to this, however; I'm unable to access my Account. Today, I spoke to one Rep earlier after holding for 15 minutes. And at present 11/23, it's been 40 minutes & I'm holding as I'm typing.. I've been an outstanding Member & I'm a Senior. MECU Since then, my concerns have been resolved. Grateful for the grateful, professional and the kind Service that I received. Thank you MECU ?

MECU Credit Union is the worst bank I have ever worked with for a car loan. I purchased my vehicle out of state in Maryland and was put through them for my loan. Every month my payment is due on the 20th I have to externally transfer my funds around the 7th-10th everyday and don’t get my money posted into MECU until the 18th-19th so for one their “3 day transfer” is a lie. And then on top of that their external transfers were down I called once a week from Nov 7th to Nov 22nd requesting an update on my account so I can pay my car payment and was given no answers until I demanded to speak to a supervisor not until then was I magically able to get back into my account after having to create an entirely new account , then since I couldn’t get into my account they refused to take payment any other way except by mail.. they mailed me my car payment on the 17th expecting me to have it to them by mail on the 20th, please tell me how that is even possible when the us postal service is 5-7days. If it wasn’t for the high interest rates today I would swap my loan to a bank that knows what they are doing . SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT EVER FINANCE A LOAN THROUGH MECU !!!

I was charged 8 qty $30.00 fees in a matter of days. This is excessive and was not warranted!!! A call to customer service lead to a disconnected call with no return call and no help. This is not good banking practices.

I been in the drive thru line today since 8:20 am and the drive thru hasn't open yet. The time is now 9:43 am! Drive thru supposed to open up at 8:30 am. Smh....
