This is a very good hospital. Everyone is very helpful. My wife was admitted 2 days when she had cystoscopy and they took good care of her. She had to go back again for nephrostomy ureteral stent placement and they took good care of her again. They dont disappoint. They deliver exceptional service! To the nurses at McAuley Courtney and Caroline, Nina at the urology dept, anesthesiologist Robert, Dr Davis, Ramirez PA, Deassis PA Thank you so much! To the interventional radiology department as well - nurses - Ashley, Norman, Terry and Dr Il Kim thank you for taking care of my wife!! May God bless you more! You guys are very good and keep up the good work!!

I had outpatient surgery in this hospital and all of the nurses were very friendly and caring. The hospital is also very clean.

I visited the hospital to be scheduled for a colonoscopy. I entered through the revolving door. I got a ride to the hospital. Just before leaving I went to the cafeteria. I was making my way back to the door that I came in when I was stopped by the guard sitting at the desk. She asked if I had a bracelet. (Mind you I was not given a bracelet when I got there. I was told I did not need one.) She asked where I was going and if I had a bracelet. When I told her I did not have a bracelet and that I was leaving she said I had to leave through another door. Once outside I found that I was not as the door I came in. I had to make my way down 2 sets of steps and cross the street. It was raining and as I crossed the street it seemed as if a car was moving backwards toward me. I found myself walking in the out direction of where I was trying to get to to get to my ride that was waiting for me at the door I entered through. It was raining and I was walking up a hill (almost fell twice because I was carry food I just bought). I finally made my way to the place my ride was waiting for me. I have never been to Mercy and very unfamiliar with the campus. Based upon this experience I will not return. I am puzzled as to the reason as why the guard had me go out of another door. I noticed she did not ask others where they were going. Not sure what type of training their staff receives but I don't want to find out. I plan to report this. If I get someone to follow up I will post an update.

I received care there on 01/02/24 because of mild stroke, from the time I entered the hospital and during my three day stay, I received the best care, the doctors, nurses, food services, transportation crew, even the maintenance people were very perfectional, I under the circumstances enjoyed my stay, new to this area, I know now where to go for my care.

It is one of the best hospitals in the United States of America. Two weeks ago, my wife gave birth prematurely, and I went to the hospital to the emergency department. The procedures were completed as quickly as possible. Frankly, their medicine is outstanding, and all the staff, including doctors and nurses, treat patients with a high level of humanity that I have not seen in my entire life. The best title for them is that they are God’s angels on earth. Thank you. They have the earth and the sky full of all those in charge of the hospital for the very high attention and care they provide to diseases. Yes, we are in a humanitarian country ?

I wanted to get a 2nd opinion with Dr Armando Sardi for my mother. The staff at his office were very nice and professional. They communicated the process with me clearly. Mandi Phillips was a big help during the process. I really appreciate their effort and professionalism during the process.

I love Mercy Medical Center! It’s always clean and the staff are welcoming. The physicians here are compassionate and competent. It’s just the right size and they always update the facility and its equipment.

Horrible birth experience here. The doctors were disrespectful, dismissive, pushy.If you want a picture birth where you're free to move in labour, free to eat as you labour, treated with kindness, have you needs as a SA victim respected (like not having a male STUDENT in the room giving your supportive husband dirty looks, before they even ask if youre ok with students in the room) DONT BIRTH HERE.Shoutout to the nurses who tried to advocate for me though. The nurses were amazing.
