Every time I come to this store location they have the door locked no sign to say gone to lunch be back soon or noth why have a sign say open 930am to 7pm and lights on door locked at 2pm

Mr. Chukka and Mr. Kenny are the greatest. They were patient and went out of their way to assist. I had questions galore, but each answered my voncerns. When I had a problem later, it was solved in minutes. I am going back to see about a phone upgrade, that's when I will test them again 😅

I recently visited a store where I met a sales representative named Chugz. The store was immaculate by the way! Prior to my visit, I called to inquire about pricing for an iPhone 13 for a port-in. As a former trainer for a different company, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service Chugz provided. He greeted customers by name and demonstrated a genuine interest in their needs. I was pleased to receive an amazing bundle deal, and my phone is functioning properly after porting in. I hope corporate recognizes Chugz's outstanding performance, as he efficiently and knowledgeably assisted all customers, including myself, in a timely manner.

I don't know what it is about this store but they're always rude and downright disrespectful. There's a much better location just a few blocks away. Avoid doing business at this location.

Paid for a phone supposed to be free from metro. And they charged me 2 times what it cost 39 days later the phone is locked out by metro crooks 100%

The store employee closed the store 2 HOURS AFTER OPENING to go eat. Instead of ordering food to the store or eating before your shift like a normal professional human. They need a whole new staff
