I have a difficult time with the Metro on Greenmount Ave. They always want money to activate even when it's been waived by a representative on phone but when u get there at the greenmount Ave store ur paying out the ying yang a women was their wed with me in front of me and she said as long as I've been with these metro Pcs for long time and it's always never good thing . I believe u go to St. Paul's street in Baltimore City metro Pcs u will get a better deal nicer people to.woel with. But no I don't give a good 💯 percent I bad rating they are worthless to me. Sad but true it's all money out their mouth they don't even try to help u even when ur told and she sees it on the computer waived fee she said I'm sorry it will be 25 dollars so with Christmas I had no phone and my sons in prison I didn't hear from him and my phone still isn't working. I smashed my phone by dropping it so since I couldn't get a code I had to go to store pay 25 dollars when I pay insurance for in case u bewsl ur phone but ur going to get money somehow I have heart issues I had 2 hip surgeries and my knee is getting cortisone shots and gel shot to stop and try not to have surgery because I have had to hip surgeries obe in 2022 and one in 2023 and guess what they made me go their Christmas eve thinking it's going to.be waived the activation fee no it was cold icy and I went their and no phone still have no phone since Dec 19th and here we are the 27 th but be late on ur bill u turn it right off but I have to go without a phone because all of its a lie u can't get phone activated and u have to.pay when ur told no u don't so Im Very upset I didn't get to talk to my son on Christmas 🎄🎁 because no phone. I was very sad and unhealthy to get around I did what I was told to be shot down with I have to pay to activate when the young lady said she activated the person on the phone and then she said to activate sim card I have to pay 25.00 dollars so I'm frustrated with Metro at this point. I came back.becauwr ur about the only hood provider besides Xfinity which I'm going to be switching to real soon. I have had enough with all this crap . Ur all about money money it's a replacement phone why do I have to pay I pay insurance activate my phone . It's bologna as judge just says ur rip off for sure and when I can get all my priorities together I'm leaving never had so much crap my boyfriend left me with a bill but I'm working on it I'm gone from yous I was for awhile come back and really not satisfied with services at ur metro business and the young girl sitting there looking at what the notes were wrote and still was going to charge me a 25 dollar fee. I'm disability and it was explained several times and I was still took out in the cold to achieve no phone because the representative understood my check don't come in until the 1st of every month and I asked to.put on my bill she said we can't do I left no phone from 21 St until 27th of this month so I'm not sure what kind of expectation of a good rating nor in my.eyes .

Horrible service came to buy an iphone15 I even called ahead of time . Get here they left the key at home told me to wait been sitting over an hour now. Just horrible as a business you need to do better.

All I can say is when u want top notch service and someone who is attentive and knowledgeable go see Craig. He went above and beyond for me last night with porting my number over and getting a deal on a new device. He's a rockstar for sure. I hope Management knows how much of an asset he is. I lost my double-sides C charging cable and was able to find one here. A little pricey, but it's longer than my original cable, and the sales associate did offer a discount. I was in and out within minutes.

Metro is the best carrier in Baltimore City. Super fast 5G and cheap flat monthly bill. This store is really friendly and helpful. Good selection of phones. Craig at the counter is a whiz and can figure out pretty much anything related to your phone. No long wait like some other stores.

I had to stop in to pay my phone bill because their website was down. Then they charged me an extra $5 because I couldn't pay online. The man who helped me was very nice and the place was clean.
