DONT NOT GO TO THIS STORE AT ALL. I BROUGHT A PHONE, FROM THIS STORE.the next day my phone Was off the young girl in the store didn't know what she was doing,someone on the phone she was talking to,was telling her what to do,my phone was cut off ,she had changed my plan from 75 a month to 150 a month,and added insurance that i didn't ask for, thank god metro Supervisor got it straighten out.

My name is LaRoy C. Alston Sr.I have a phone plan withone of T-MOBILES phone ? stores.I have been down to 2440 N.Charles St. 3 dam time for the same thing and still keep on having the same problem.I had a phone that was off for a month or two,got it turned back on and it was supposed to be in my name but according to the main office it is not I've been going through this issue like I said for the past 3 months or so. The main office keep telling me that it is not in my name. And I was paying $65 at the first now I am only paying $45 but I am not getting unlimited service that guy was supposed to be.Thay do not answer the phone and I have tried several times. I take care of my business on my phone and at this time I am in a nursing home.I do not have any one I can trust,so I depend on my phone.I can not get out at this time.The doctors telles me that I will be here until October.Thay still be taking the payment but that is not right,it should be $65.00 per month for unlimited and it should be under my name not some one else.Thay had me to believe that it was taking care of but I don't find out it isn't until the go to turn it off on the 2nd insteadwaiting until the 3rd when I receive my monthly income. Every customer they receive, they’ll send you somewhere else for anything that isn’t buying a phone and sometimes even thats too hard for them to do. Don’t come here if you expect to get any work done. They lie to your face about their system being down and tell you they cant do things thats possible at every metro. DONT COME HERE.

I had purchased an unlocked phone online. I brought my old and new phone and I was able to purchase a SIM card there and they were able to switch the number for me. (I did the backup and restore) I have looked at phones here and their selection in inadequate.

Always trying to sell you what you didn't come in for. Also never open when they're supposed to be. Needed to replace my phone time said close 7pm got there around 5:30pm they were closed.

hmmmm.. I'll just say this..i glad it wasn't me who got a phone from this spot... Might be just this store and not every metro PC's, that said this store was small crampy and service wasn't that good... sorry metro but y'all need to tighten this store up ??♂️

The location on 2440 Charles Street have hours poor service they in and out when they want to you can't get in when the hour say they supposed to be open it is absolutely ridiculous . One day I went there at 1:00 the door was locked somebody was in the back the following day I went there at 2:00 or 2:30 no one still comes to the door the sign is sitting out front

On Sunday 4/10/22, I purchased the Quick cell Wireless Headphones. When I opened the package when I got home, I noticed they were cracked. On Monday 4/11/22 I brought the headset back just for an exchange. The female employee was very rude and wasn't really listening to what I was saying she was ready to respond without even listening. When she finally listened she tells me there are no returns on accessories. I just wanted a pair that were not cracked. She would not even look at them and I had my receipt. I have been working with METRO PCS since they started in Florida. I have done promotions and store set ups for years.Not to mention the fact I am a long standing customer. Being Rude is never acceptable. She did provide me with a #1800 number to speak with customer service, who as expected, stated it'd it is up to management's digression to make the needed exchange. C'mon MetroPCS you have got to do better. Especially to long-standing customers. People don't have money to spend on things that are broken
