Worst store ever! They allow tells to the customers that they don’t have system for payments in cash. Always have an excuse for not helping customers. That’s why I decided to take my service to the one on Highland is five minutes away.

Very bad service so slow 1 person working you have ppl that just needs to pay a bill waiting in line for over a hour instead of asking ppl if they have to pay a bill and get them out the way they just make them wait in line while people get 3 phones and cases just awful if I could it would have 0 stars

They were totally distracted I did a upgrade and paid my cell phone bill a day later they called me for my pin to my bank card over the phone because they didn't finish on their end but the money was taken out of my account will never return their again

Great place, the Spanish lady is very helpful and patient and so is the guy in there. It can get very busy. But my experience was great. Not a huge metro fan still but this place is 100% the right place to go for customer service.
