Today I showed up and did not go well at all. After so many times of coming, this experience was awful. After they changed the place with new workers, it isn’t the same. The guy seemed so disrespectful, including that it didn’t look like he wanted to be at his job. I will definitely not come back.

See I never know who I can believe anymore even when it comes to the department stores these days because at the end of it all the store is still ran by human beings well supposed to be human beings but sadly I know about other stores that there's been people that has done cruddy things to people that trusted that they won't have any problems doing business at the department store but please believe me I have had it happen to me by a manager for boost phone store in Baltimore City and other stores, so be careful

Customer service so so just enough to sell me a phone and get me out of their store didn't show me how to work the phone or show me how to set it up just hit it and quit it. Had to go to another MetroPCS store for them to show me how to use the phone on Liberty heights.

Metro by T-Mobile store in this area. The staff was very nice and they kept apologizing because we had to wait on the phone so long just to cancel a line and we appreciate that. We know it wasn't their fault. But if the corporate office is reading this, you need to do better. We should not have to sit on the phone for almost an hour just for you to cancel a line... Five stars to this location
