I'm not certain what staff these people on these reviews are speaking of because each time I attempt to call this store on Liberty Heights/Garrisn Blvd noooooooo one answers the phone??!! No teal surprise though afterall it's Baltimore!!! Ugh!!!

They got a new girl work in there need to work for simple mobile she definitely simple she made 3 people wait while her an a customer sat there for 20 min trying to figure out his pin code that’s very bad Customer service whole time she blasting club music

I have a phone plan. They can't ever solve my phone issue. Not enough people work there. No chairs to sit down while you wait!
