As of July 2024 untrustworthy staff! We went in to replace my kid's phone and their phone selection has never been good. Like they have very little actually in stock. We used to go to the location on Bel Air Rd but unfortunately that one is closed. Guy at the counter seemed super friendly and mentioned he wasn't trying to push anything and all this nonsense. He wasn't pushing it, just blindly adding to our bill. Which I didn't notice until I went to pay my bill this month and the guy added insurance we didn't ask for or agree to add. We will never return to this location due to this underhanded style of service.

My experience with T-Mobile was good at first but after 11 years the service started going sideways and when I go into the store the employee was very bad so I changed phone service

If going to this location in Rosedale do not receive assistance from Mr. Adan. Sorry to say but he is not truthful in setting you up with a new plan. I was told by Adan that the monthly bill would be $50 dollars but then paying my first bill it was setup for $75. Do not let the friendly face fool you!

This location has terrible service. I even had to change my number, once, because they tried to change my almost $80, for a $34 phone bill. Seldom, do they answer the phone, on top of that. There have only been two employees there, in the past two years, that knew what they were doing. I do not recommend this.

The two employees that helped us were Jankiel and Raelyne and they were absolutely great! They were very patient with us and took extra steps to give us great customer service! We will be returning to this location for products!

The store opens at 9:00 and I get here at 10:00 and there's a sign on the door saying "sorry we missed you be back in 30 minutes".... There's a real problem with your work ethic if you need a break after 1 hour of working!!!! Unbelievable. Such laziness

If I ever need a phone I'm coming right here and getting 1 from my man Coy... I've bought 6 phones from him in the last year and a half and they all been great recommendations. My wife, my son and myself love our phones. Thanks guys.
