Yall got me for $150!!! My sunroof was leaking & that's what yall charged to clean it I guess!! 2 days later it's still leaking I come back & now it's a dry rotting issue that yall don't know how to fix!! Could that not be seen the first time?!!

got a pretty good deal on an oil change, which is why i went. then i got the lady at the front coming up to me with a paper with over $1000 dollars in charges. they tried to sell me two $24 wipers for $140 which is insane. $90 for two seconds of clipping something on and off? you guys suck, clearly you were trying to take advantage of me because i’m female. i went to ask the mechanic himself how much it would cost to replace a part and the lady up front said she had the quote up front before he could even respond. stop scamming people and maybe you’ll get loyal customers. WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!
Never seen more incompetent mechanics , came in needing them to check my abs and they didn’t do that did half asked work didn’t even run computer diagnostics but had us pay for the diagnostics made antifreeze leak onto my engine, forced my wheels even though my steering was locked and bent my front axel on the left side where they jacked my car up. On top of all of this they told me my engine was bad all because it needed lubrication to be loosened up , they said my engine was bad even though they gave no proof and it’s not bad and tried charging me 6000 dollars for a used engine with 170,000 miles on it when for 200 more I could get a brand new engine for my car , the absolute worst place you could take your car

This is for anyone that's considering taking their car to Midas on Eastern avenue do not take your car to Midas they will mess your car up they had to replace my transmission they tried to give it back to me and it wouldn't even go in reverse they will tell you you need things done to your car that you do not even need be careful check behind them when your car is done because of these mechanics that do not know what they're doing they broke the battery post replace it with something that doesn't work taped it up with duct tape on my battery cable just trying to save the next person the inconvenience the extra money you will have to put out and the terrible work that they do

Don’t go here if you’re a woman by yourself - they will try to rip you off an overcharge you. They quoted me $150 for an oil change so I took my keys back and left. Jiffy lube down the street did the oil change for $99

I stopped by here on a horrible rainy day I was heading home and aware I had a nail in my tire. The nail came out when I was not too far from this Midas location and the air in my tire was rapidly leaking out. I pulled in and told the Machanic in the shop my situation and he sent me to the front desk to the assistant manager Jesse. Jesse told me they do plug tires and immediately helped me. Also he Plugged my tire himself. Even tho I was not there for long. Both the mechanic and the man anger on duty were very helpful and knowledgeable. I know cars i usually work on mines myself. But I would be very comfortable leaving my vehicles in the hands of the Mechanics at this location for sure. Not only do they know what they are doing as far as fixing vehicles . This location is a full service location so anything you need you can get it done here also. The explain to me that they have lifetime warranty’s on certain parts. I would definitely recommend you check this place out. It’s very organized and the staff are very friendly.

The staff at this Midas are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The technicians repeatedly communicate the status of the vehicle and provide guidance/advice necessary for us "Just gas it and go" Girls. If there's an unresolved concern, I can take my truck back in, and they will get it resolved ASAP. The staff, service, and convenience of this location are great for me!

Just came from Midas on eastern Avenue i really appreciate there service and customer service what a great team they have i got a oil change and air filter etc. Ambra, Jesse and Dave where very explanatory about everything that was needed on my vehicle I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer thank you so much. Ten Stars they get from me.
