Had 3 oil changes by MIDAS on Joppa .Well to my surprise the oil drain plug was stripped and couldn't get it off.I went back to Midas and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Well I will never go to Midas on Joppa rd again.Rip Off.

I'm so grateful that you where available for service. I didn't know how crucial the condition of my car was & you diagnosed & fixed it within a day. She is showing off with her brand new shoes. Your guys are very professional & courteous to their clients. This is the second time I've been serviced here and most definitely will not be the last. I will be back real soon for my oil change.

Super helpful staff. No pressure to spend more money but very honest and realistic with when you really need to get work done on your car. They showed me everything on the car and explained what needed to be done. Great service.

Every time I bring my car to them they are extremely helpful. They take their time to explain everything I need to me. They give me options and a great deal. I would definitely recommend this place from anything to an oil change, to something more serious.

Excellent fast service every time I come here, the manager Is well organized and has great employees working underneath him. I have tried other service places to take my truck to but keep ending up back here and always get excellent service! This is great knowledgeable crew, keeps up the good work.

Very good service, Steve was great at explaining any issues with my vehicle, and they also even take photos for their inspection which I thought was very cool and helpful. Will be coming here for all services from now on.
