The owner of this pharmacy operates on his own time. He opens late then makes you wait 20 minutes for a prescription because he just opened up. Sick customers need their medicine asap with no lousy excuses. He should be ashamed of himself

Mimikay has never failed to make sure that the medicine I need is stocked, and that I have refills. I have never had a time where I have had to wait. Kay and his wife, Mimi are two of the nicest people that I have ever met. I no longer live in the area, and I still make my way there to get my prescriptions filled every month(or any time in between). I will continue to do so because no other pharmacy comes close to providing the treatment you receive as well as the prompt service. It isn't just a business for him...he truly cares about his customers. If your choosing to go to any other pharmacy I suggest that you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I really really like this pharmacy and I’m so glad it opened in hampden. The pharmacist is great and does everything in his power to help patients who have prescriptions filled here. My doctor has been dropping the ball on refilling a prescription that I’m not supposed to stop suddenly and he has helped me by getting prescriptions transferred from other pharmacies, calling her to get a refill, and helping me get an emergency prescription so my treatment isn’t interrupted. I feel like I matter here. I’m not just another customer. Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone who is tired of being treated like just another customer who doesn’t matter at corporate pharmacies.

This is a lovely little pharmacy. Mimi is incredibly friendly and personable. It is great to have a local friendly pharmacist that is genuinely caring (remembers you when you walk through the door, asks how you and your family are doing). The prescriptions I've had filled here were similar in price to those at larger locations (e.g. Walgreens/CVS). Rather than supporting a big chain, why not support a local pharmacy?

Very rude customer service. Not sure if I spoke with the own but the reception was very short and curt. My city has strange bird in small pockets of the community. Shame! Shame!

I always prefer going to small pharmacies as opposed to chains. Well, I was d*** and tried to get a script filled at a nearby CVS and they said they couldn't get it for several days. I turned to Mimikay in desperation and the owner/pharmacist got my prescription from CVS's grasp and filled it in no time!!! Thank you so much for doing the legwork and getting my prescription transferred and filled so quickly! You saved me several extra days of unnecessary sickness. (Extra bonus, this is a black woman-owned establishment!)

I've attended this pharmacy for about 7 months now. (I) always nice, patient and respectful no matter how many times the count was off on my medication, having to wait sometimes 30mins, or having to come back on later days to recieve the remainder from the pharmacist not having the full amount. But today when I came & went to count my medication to avoid the problem we've consistently had. Mimi the female pharmacist then shut the window in my face saying "You people need to realize I can make a mistake it's not my faulty I have to pick my child up by a certain time" (meanwhile this is 5pm the listed closing time is 6pm). Yes I know everyone is human & makes mistakes but to be so rude to me is not an option. I will no longer be going to this pharmacy for me or my children's medication.
