Most markets in Baltimore City usually take a while at the register for whatever reason. I will say that most of the workers at the register are very pleasant and keeps a professional attitude towards customers even if the customers are rude. I've seen this with my own eyes. I cannot complain about the produce which is fresh and I cannot complain about anything else. Hats off to Shoppers.

Not the best. The first disappointment was that there were zero hand carts anywhere in the store. Seafood section offered limited options for actual fresh seafood. The bulk of the supply was frozen, thawed and packaged. Fresh spices were not well stocked. Needed fresh basil but couldn't find it. The basil assigned location had rosemary, and cilantro packets but no basil. Mostly every other section seemed well stocked. Prices were average as the cost of groceries has increased no matter where you shop. The store does not offer self checkout. This was disappointing. They had two express lanes open that were both impeding the traffic flow because lines were so long. The other lines were just as long and they barely had cashiers at those... I think there were 3. The store does have an M&T Bank inside, Redbox and Amazon Hub. They offer paper bags or you can bring your own reusable bags.

This store is a trash bucket. Wish management believed that West Baltimore deserved better. I counted 30 people waiting to check out in only 3 open registers at 3:30pm today. Some employees are super nice but I've also had some aggressively rude interactions too. Lines are always outrageous.

Sigh. This place has the Walmart syndrome...a million registers and two cashiers (not really, but you get it). I find the best times to shop there are early mornings (before 8) and after 9 pm. Going after work is hectic and the lines are usually ridiculously long. Despite the long lines, I enjoy chatting with a few of the employees. Ms. Cheryl works early mornings and is one of the sweetest people I've met. I must admit that I do enjoy the quality of their produce. The prices aren't bad, but it would most helpful if this establishment was a little more efficient with the checkout process

Lines may be long but they carry things you will not find at Giant. I come from Howard County for turnip and mustard greens. The workers are friendly and helpful. The butcher has done special cuts for me.

Typical Shopper's experience. However, the lines are always crazy long! Regardless if you visit during the early morning hours, afternoon or after work. Prepare to wait in line. Also, I don't understand why this location doesn't have self checkout lanes.

Like the products but their lines are always long and takes more time getting out of store than it takes to shop . I would recommend going to giant instead only because u can't count on going inn& out after work like most stores
