Went in looking to open a savings account and was told there were no bankers available. Then we were told to check the other locations close by. While waiting to be seen at the Calvert Street location, more customers started pouring in stating they also came from this location. One young lady was told all the bankers were in a meeting. An employee made it known that this location is infamous for sending their customers to other M&T locations, even when they're not as busy as they claim to be. Which would explain why there were only 2 people being seen while everyone else uses the ATM and got sent elsewhere.

Mon Jan. 3rd 12:15pm there are currently 3 tellers me and one other person in line and I was waiting 10mins and none of the tellers had customers

Horrible it's literally 3 cashier 2 customer and i been waiting for 15 mins one cashier told me hold she counting down her entire draw and the manager is sitting right next her and the other cashier just waking back and forth
